    I’d fatten the main 1 or 2, move to 27.5 pilot unless it’s really cold where you are, then I’d go 30. Clip in middle.

    What stroke is crank? There’s a lot of questions here. That’s a pretty exotic setup if it’s what you say it is. Have you ever checked compression?

    Post some pics. Some of what you say doesn’t add up. With 17cc domes you are looking at GOOD fuel! I’d check squish before doing much as well.

    Use the 4s. The construction on the 2s can cause headaches. For a basic machine you’ll never feel the difference between the 2s and 4s.

    1- you’re from MI, I don’t expect you to be smart. 2- you’ve got a hot ol lady, so I’ll make a partial exception for #1 3- if it’s a play bike, it’s just that. Run it on pump, run the hell out of it, PLAY with it, and enjoy it on the cheap and easy. Sometimes, less is more.
