  1. You fucking stupid Canadian! Obviously you didn't go through proper lab grade steps to calibrate your scale! Everyone knows a 40 dollar bathroom scale is the tell all in the world of weight!
  2. Trail and turbo are polar opposite unless it has Raptor before or after.
  3. No, no you don't! I can assure you other than maybe the stator and flywheel, there isn't a thing on your existing setup that is correct for your turbo setup.
  4. 10k will cover cases, crank, cylds, and tranny. No electronics, and no turbo setup.
  5. ^^^What he said above is correct. You won't sniff the setup for less than 20k! If I was going to go down the path you are talking, Id set aside 20k for the initial engine/turbo build, 15k for the chassis, and another 10k for setup adjustments tires, different compressors, fack you name it!! K&Ts turbo DMX was a fucking MISSILE, and pretty fucking reliable! If you're all in, Id surely talk to them about doing the work. They can probably do a turn key deal as well. One of the problems is no chassis builder has a jig that works with all of the components so the chassis and engine/turbo combo typically get a few trips to the fab shop together. When I did mine, I spent HOURS trying to get everything to fit/balance/seal/etc.....
  6. They are fools that can't handle power!! Boost the shit out of it!
  7. Nope. Different fueling, difference compressors, different everything. Bigger motor = bigger power
  8. Same response as the other thread Buy an EFI kit, a turbo kit, and bolt it onto your motor. You can get all parts including the stroker kit on ebay!
  9. Should be simple! Order an EFI kit, a turbo kit, and bolt it together!!
  10. unlimited........ just like Nitro Baby it was built because he could. Honestly, if Clay had stayed in the game, I'm not sure anyone realizes what it's potential is. If you really analyze KillaCycle, and what it does, it would have been unreal............
  11. Quit trying to sell that thing! That is my fall back into racing bike when my money tree starts to blossom.
  12. It is all the same components and setup from KillaCycle. He and Bill became buddies after Clay stated inquiring about some components. Clay is VERY good with electronic shit but the whole world lives in the battery and speed controller. He actually went out to CO and worked on KillaCycle at one point, and learned a few setup tips. The bike literally goes from 0-100% at basically an instant. It has a valet mode for the return road and pits. It's a REALLY expensive setup and he's got 1000s of hours in it. Power to weight is ridiculous, and there's no doubt it's got HUGE potential. He's lost interest and now it's a dust collector!
  13. I'll tell you no, but ask me in spring it might be a different answer. The guys that I used to enjoy going with got out, and aren't coming back. And the girl that rode my junk (does that sound right) would rather be on the river than at the track. The drag scene is pretty small in the west except a very few times and places. It's a LOT of money to commit for just a very small amount of fun. Do I miss it? ABSOLUTELY! I really enjoyed the people when we traveled, and honestly I think I miss that more than the building and tweaking. I'm going to be in Havasu the first week of May then Shasta just 2 weeks later so I'm other going to make Gilbert this year, which sucks, that is a good time, good people, and awesome food!
  14. It's amazingly safe. No worse than anything else Electric. We only ran it one and weekend and it was so fucking cold that batteries wouldn't work well. Now all he does is do burnouts in his road with it.
  15. And I know this gets way off track, but all the new 2 stroke sleds fire the motor backwards when put in reverse!
  16. They will! We had those things years ago. Every once in awhile you'd have one do it. Very easy to tell something is off as soon as it fires though!
