  5. You can put bigger pistons in stock cylds then 68..... just sayin
  6. Bought/paid/easy deal.... Good member to deal with!
  7. Dont be a bitch.. Work on the bike yourself! If you dont have the confidence to work on your bike then you may as well just sell it. You will pay thousands over the life of your bike if you gotta take it to the shop everytime it needs something.. Go slow, pay attention, make little drawings as to where things go, take pictures, ask questions, BUY A MANUAL, you will have no problems these things are AMAZINGLY simple!
  8. 927 @ 20:1.... The amount of oil made no affect on HP (actully increased in some areas) until the ratio was greater than 20:1.. If you are running less oil than that and then decide to go to running more oil the bike will be lean because there will be less fuel and opposite if you go from 20:1 to say 100:1 (yes you can run that if you have the right oil) I really like the additional oil in the motor for multiple reasons.
  9. I didnt watch the entire thing. Get a set of calipers and measure the bore of the cylds.. Then get the numbers off the top of the pistons.. see if they are infact the proper pistons for the bore.
  10. Its got familiar design from several. If Id have to really lay a name it looks more Ison to me than anything else but thats going totaly from memory. It seems a bit wider than what would have come from the SSR camp, and not the same lines if it came from the quick16 era. But like Trick said, theres a pile of other back yard builders out there.
  11. There is a member on here that has a pile of fuck cougar for sale. Its ran atleast 3 times but when its ran Id like to say it ran well but it didnt. He'd also sell the chassis which weight nearly as much as a chrysler imperial but its really well built. As far at the twin turbos go, there is a really good shop in mollala oregon that really has their shit together when it come to turbos you might give them a call.. Good luck with the project, it sounds fast..
