    Buy a replacement frame through Yamaha. They come with a certificate of origin and have no vin on them. Then you know what you have, you know that its straight, and you know that all the bolt holes etc. are in good shape.

    Just because you beat someone doesnt mean you have more HP.. Id be AMAZED if your bike is north of 100 but you never know. As for electrical, the cylds themselves wont allow enough volume of fuel in to see a gain by going to some exotic ignition setup. There are 1000cc plus twins running around that are still getting it done on an OEM ignition.

    What clutch setup? What head? Who cut the domes? What brand timing plate? ALL OEM ignition parts? Who or what is "kip"?

    Im not 100% sure but Im rather certain that Mat still has the fastest single cyld 2 stroke both limited and Unlimited. They classes have changed a bit and the 2 stroke single are now grouped with the 4 stroke singles so its kinda hard to tell. But Im rather certain his is the fastest on record. (2 stroke)
