  1. doesnt have to be in the filters....could be intake boots, any gasket, crank seal...do a leakdown test.
  2. 5 tanks of gas is too much to tell if your lean or rich. there is a sticky on how to do a plug chop and use that reading to justify your jetting. To know if your jetting is near close, we would also need to know your elevation, mods, and temperature to make a suggestion.
  3. stock carb slides always have that tarnishing black shit on them. maybe an airleak as to your revving problem?
  4. Hell, technically you could have your frame powder coated a chrome color. Which is probably cheaper than actual chroming. What a pita a true CHROME frame would be...
  5. and it probably cost you about $3? beats a couple thousand dollar ordeal
  6. So did you send the motor to him and he took off without paying, or was this just a dumb ordeal?
  7. the distance between the 2 marks is almost the same size as OD of the wrist pin.. it looks like? better hit the F/S section quick, theres a couple sets of cyls for sale!
  8. fuck them georgie. some people are just ignoramus's
  9. Just recieved parts from Josh. Good deal on parts and like always, the packaging was good(packed with packing peanuts) for a simple clutch lever. Good seller and prompt shipping. Would and probably will buy from him again. Thanks!
  10. im sure almost any cable lever will work. or send a pm to "Josh Z" i know he has a black one that you might be able to pick up cheap and have shipped across the pond

This will help to let a potential buyer know where you are. Local pickups are always recommended if possible. Just tryin to help you out brother...very interested in the durablue axle. you have pm
  12. has anyone been pm'd back? im interested in the brake lines and a-arms.
  13. I did use the left-side carb, if you were sitting on the bike. The fuel line will connect, the vent tubes have been re-tubed, and the choke tube has been vacuum capped off. If it works the way i want it to, it would save me roughly $40 for the TORS delete kit, and instead i can buy new clutch and throttle cables. I dont know if the choke tube being capped off would create any negative space in the carb that could cause it to drag/ lag. Sounding and looking like i might try it though...
  14. Side by side the stock 26mm mikuni carb for a banshee and blaster are primarily the same. My question is, if i put a vaccuum cap on the choke tube side, could i use this on my blaster? It already has the idle screw and cap for the TORS delete installed, unlike my blaster. So to save myself a few bucks i figured id give it a shot, in theory i guess it makes sense and would work....in my head. I could be wrong. Let me know!
  15. post up a better picture...not hosted by AOL in which i have to login or sign up for...i thought you let someone ride it in pa? must have been JUST over the border? maybe philly?
  16. Are you trying to remove the axle or the carrier?
  17. go check out autozone or advanced auto or something and find yourself an LED strip. It'll use like 5 watts, wont work as a BRAKE light, but itll cover you as far as having a tail light. attach it wherever.
