Or you can buy the complete turn key, show quality 2004 banshee, with the cub, for $3500 cash......
  5. Thanks, but not quite ready to part it just yet, but the way things are selling these days, that mite be the only way to sell it!! Surely someone is looking to buy there dream motor, for a whole lot less than it costs to build one.........This is a complete fresh build with maybe 6hrs of ride time on it...... I just wanted to see if someone was interested in buying a sweet bolt in, turn key, 421 cub, built by a very reputable builder......

  7. Yep, the complete bike is on kansas city craigslist for 3700cash.... And this is a very low hour 2004 banshee, in showroom condition...I have over twice that invested, but i realize the banshee market just isnt there, neither is the four stroke market, as a matter of fact... Thats why i priced it to sell..... And bike will easily make more power, its detuned......for a cub.......
  8. I have a 421 cub, looking to see if anyone has interest in the Complete engine and trans.... It was built by F.A.S.T. (farmandsandtoys.com) this past winter, and not installed till this spring.... It has less than 6hrs on a complete build... It was setup to dune ride and to be able to be competitive on the dragstrip if wanted... It is an unported cub, with vitos crank, and prodesign head with chambers to run on pump fuel... The timing is set at 4degrees, and i run 34mm carbs with shearer pipes.... The cases have the stock transmission with jeffs upgraded shiftstar, drum and spring, a billet clutch basket and a F.a.s.t. clutch.... This thing shifts amazing... The only time i rode this engine was at sandfest, in Waynoka oklahoma... It was dyno'd first, to make sure air/fuel ratio was spot on, and will come with the dyno sheet showing a 12:1air fuel ratio and 82horsepower(on pump gas).... This engine runs amazing, idles perfectly, never fouls plugs, or sputters.... I am asking $2400cash for complete engine with v-force reeds, billet intake, and carbs, (nopipes) or $2100 complete engine minus intake, reeds, and carbs..... No pipes included....... And incase, your wanting to make more power, all you would have to do is to bump timing to 8degrees, switch domes to higher c/r ratio, run race fuel, bigger carbs, and i bet you would easily see 90horsepower or more out of this thing.... Serious inquiries only, thanks.... (Im located in Holton Ks... 3 miles from F.A.S.T....)

  11. Im running the factory #50pilot, with the air screws two turns out....... Seems the best right there..... still a little bog in the mid range, but not \ as bad as it was..... Im starting to wonder if its not my shearer pipes that are killing my low to mid performance.... From mid on up it screams... Im on a 390main jet, and it acts like it wants even more on the topend..... Anyways, do you sell the different needle jets for those carbs, or where do you purchase them.... Thanks for your help Brandon........
  12. Make sure the vent on your Gas tank cap is good.... Make sure you can blow thru it easily..... If not, you need to take it off and gut the internals..... I was having the same issues last year on a ported stock crank, cylinder banshee..... and i was running the dual pingel... It was sorta causing a vacuum lock, and 3to 4th gear pull, i was sucking my bowls dry, with 34mm carbs...... Also, make sure your fuel feed lines are in good shape, no extreme kinks or bends, and that they are routed good..... And if your making decent power, you should put the dual pingel on your set up.....
