its sopose to just slide on the collar that hides the circlip but once its on it doesnt need to come off that side atleast the side where brake hub is. the powder coat on axle is prolly to thick but instead of grinding the powder off just hammer that side on. it will actualy turn out better cause that collar always falls off and gets lost anyway when its on the loose and you disassemble it.

That crank is a boat anchor if you lucky!

loosen the nut as much as possible slide on slide circlip on snap into groove and tighten axle nut back out against the circlip, the axle nut will thread over and hide circlip when it is adjusted correctly.

The axle nut goes on the sprocket side not brake hub side i will look for some pics for u right now from a bike i parted with that axle

seen this top end in person and was very surprised with port work. the piston windows look to be port matched to cylinders also figured id help his sale out a bit. some one spent good money having this thing set up. the cylinders were also dead even 160psi on each cylinder on my gauge. i have never seen a bike with 21cc domes hit thoes number so these babies are heavily ported.

shit im driving halfway down the east coast to go there if i cant ride the biggest track they got there i am gonna be pissed! ddq i have a surprise bike just for this track i got this weekend, 450 is being busted apart and wont be coming. we have englishtown raceway park 20 mins from where i live only track in nj and they play the same bs no racing quads on the track there only 3 times a year you can. i will be very disapointed if i am looking at a top notch track and cant ride it and i am stuck on a baby practice track jumping landing on kids all day because they just throw everyone out on the same am track all at the same time.

i have tried just about all of them the regina gold x o or z ring chains r the best hands down last the longest stretch the least not constantly adjusting chain. guess you get what you pay for here on out i will only buy them. non oring chains were the worst for me lasted maybe 10 rides. cheap ebay colored chains has never stopped stretching blew master off and busted my cases. i wasnt happy with the ek xring i had. regina gold all the way!!
