  6. go for it ! I run old school champion beadlocks like the original douglas ones they are really not that heavy. if you think hipers are lighter its a myth. beadlock them to never blow a tire off again.
  7. put a bigger pilot jett in it. if the rpm are hanging its either lean on the pilot or has an airleak. figuring your not running an air box it needs a bigger pilot. or put the air box back on if you don't have the next size up pilot n I bet u the revs stop hanging.
  8. Oil tanks sold . Still have bumper and harness and electrical stuff tho.
  9. rzr are taking over and fucking up all our trails , just like dirtbikers hate quads they fuck up their track, these rzr our rutting the universe up. but nothing like hopping in front of them and letting them have the grunt of the paddla brats . only one I seen that was cool was one stop performance rzr 800 I believe with the turbo on the 2 step. that has to be a street bike motor in it tho.

  12. I used to run a very similar set up finding the right needle is everything for the 28pwk took me a couple tries to get it where I liked it . 165 main 52 pilot and jjh needle one clip richer then middle. what makes you think the bike is rich and not starving for fuel on the mid range needles make a word of a difference for mid range. my guess is lean.

  16. Sounds like you need to stop hitting things. The second you put 189$ bumper on you will second guess hitting things. Otherwise you w Gonna feel like an idiot
  17. When ya want the best. Cut to spec that's what he charges well worth it . Send him a good y-2 oem casted head and your good to go. Look for who ever has the y-2 casting mark on whatever oem head you get. They have more "meat".
  18. Only u would say some dumb shit like that . But no there is n never was zero damage.
  19. The lead time to get these cut is also 3+ weeks .
  20. I have a mull engineering cut sleeper head for 4mil , it was a back up head never used . It's cut for 110oct fuel. 135$ plus the shipping. That's what he charges to cut them. There is nobody better in the business.
  21. Engine ice AMs oil dominator 80 weight Honda gear oil
  22. My beliefs on break in. Mix your fuel at whatever ratio you plan on always running . 2 heat cycles. Set your rings as quick as possible , I ride the bike like I always do . Ride it like you stole it, hard down shifts to help seat rings. Honestly this can all be done in matter of an hr. Re check your compression afterwards. This how I have always done it. Last rebuild I actually picked up 35psi in compression setting rings quickly , from pre compression test , to post compression test after "break in" . Never failed me to each there own. It's like buying a car that's been babied it's whole life , you get in it beat it up real nice. It breaks. Beat it up real nice from day one that's what it's used to.
