the engine vibrates alot right before it idles down.alot worse then before i put the timing plate on.has anybody else ran into this or do i need to check another problem.thanks.

would the thermocap ba as accurate as a inline gauga?seems like the inline would give a better reading.

ok thanks papa smurf.ill prolly just use the temp gun for now till i can get a nice inline temp gauge.

whats the best way to check the operating temperature and whats a safe temp.i have temp gun that i used for rc cars will this work?

well i do have a boost bottle but didnt mention it because i was under the impression that they dont make any difference.how much hp does a stock shee have?

i have a 01 shee with fattys and pc2s,boysen reeds,fresh top end on second bore,k&n pods,+4 timing,stock carbs.how much horse power do you guys think i have?

i want to do this mod tomorow.thinking of modding the stock plate.what do you guys think.doesnt sound that hard.or should i be patient and order an after market plate?

the wires are for the brake light

my front trail tech lights quit working.they are brand new.i have a led rear tail light and it is realy dim.any ideas what could be wrong?what should i check first?

i did a tors remove the other day and did not unplug anything but i was wanting to get rid of the wire that goes to the throttle lever so i unplugged it and the bike wouldnt start.starts fine with it plugged up.i just pulled it out of the throttle assembly and tie wraaped it under the plastic.hope this might help.

i have a 01 shee with fmf fattys and pc2s,k&n pods boysen reeds with the stock carbs with 30 pilots 3rd pos on needle and 300 mains.i took it out the other day and took it easy through some trails and everything seemed to be fine.today i raced my buudy about 4 times and was putting out alot of smoke after i raced and there was oil dripping out of the silencer around the screws only on one side.do i need to repack or is there something else wrong.thanks for your help.

ok so i have a 01 shee with k&n pods and fmf fattys and pc2s and boysens reeds with stock carbs and my buddy has 04 shee with t6s and k&n pods,v force reeds and has like some keihn 33mm or 35mm carbs.who do you think is the fastest?we both have stock gearing and the same size tires.

i have the same setup and just put 30 pilots and 300 mains and needle on 3rd pos and the air screws 1.5 turns out, its running sweet from idle through 6th gear.

ok here it goes,i bought a 01 banshee tore apart.put it back together and would not run right.since this is my first shee,i took it to a guy to work on it.he told me that i needed a top end,i said ok do it.after the top end he still could not get it to run right.he said i needed new carbs without tors or do the tors removable kit.so i did the tors removable kit and decided to check the jets in the carbs while i had it tore apart,one side had 260 mains and the other 200 and the pilots were 25 and the needle on the 3rd clip.so i contacted fmf because thats what pipes are on it"fattys and pc2"with k&n pods and they told me 260 mains and 30 pilots on 3rd clip and air screws 1 1/2 turn out from seeted.i jetted like they said and still couldnt get it to run right.i messed with it a week and finaly figured out the problem.the damn hose that connects the two carbs together was missing,wtf!so dont know if i needed a top end or not.maybe just some brains would have fixed instead of 700 bucks.just typing to let other noobs know.

will the pipes clean up with some sos pads?if so im interested.
