    Your not gonna drink 60 3.2 beers as opposed to 30 6 point. The research has been done lol. They have gotten a lot more strict these last few years. They will check your cooler on the dunes. They will also give you a dui on your quad but as you don't act crazy while your drink and riding you'll be fine. Not that I'm condoning it lol

    Well I put my mount on top of my swinger on the banshee and it still hit. Depends on how much sand is there too. I have seen them chase down people who's flag didn't touch....so you they will chase you. Granted it doesn't happen all the time.but like he said better to not have to worry about it

    Just make sure you're flag is tall enough to hit the pole when mounted.

    Street bike quads can be fast as hell if done right. Young guy in NE did his own chassis and such with a turbo busa in it. Be very tough to beat on the track. It just seems there are 250 hack jobs to one good one.
