I ran that same setup with shear inframes and pwk 35's on the 110 octane and it hit 80HP on the dyno. I would change to a TZ on the clutch side and a max load bearing for the mag side. your probably gonna need a lockout and possibly a override,cause it's hit or miss on shifting with a stock tranny on 4mil cubs. oh yeah mine was drag ported by HJR and it was a considerable difference over out the box. jeff

you could get a brand spankin new G-force axle for 200 bucks and it's extended.

I use the gaskets and a thin layer of the yamabond sealer for the casses.

when I had PWK 35's I bought the mikuni adjusters from fast and it eliminates that problem your having.

most likely your carbs are out of sync. pull the air filter off and open the throttle(when it's not running) and see if they open at the exact same time.

I would check for play in the bushing on the idle gear,thats the gear that the kick sarter engages.

I have the stock plastic neutral switch cover,one very small small crack on the outside of the mounting holes. free if you want it. just PM your address jay. jeff...
