  2. well at the moment there is a 5 psi difference its at 105 on the right and 100 on the left
  3. my compression was at 105 psi. Somebody said that i would need a new top end soon. Does anybody know at what psi i would need a new top end?
  4. hey i was just wondering how you get pictures on your signature
  5. does any body know what the problem could be other than an air leak?
  6. and would i have to remove my engine or could i just remove the airbox so it doesn't get in the way?
  7. the problem is i can't afford to buy all those parts to make one and i cant drive around to look for the parts.
  8. I wasn't getting mad or anything its just that one of you said that someone would razzle me for not knowing that. And telling me to be patient, i have been patient for 2 months trying to fix this, but every time i seem to fix one problem another occurs and then its just frustrating
  9. well there is nothing wrong with me not being able to do one because im 14 and i just started with the whole desert scene less than two years and i have had my banshee for less than a year.
  10. would it matter if one of the tors was kind of loose. Maybe air could escape from there. But i cant tighten it because then it would get in the way of the air box cover. Would you suggest i get the tor elimination kit
  11. i know there is a way to make air leak testers on the forum but, is there a site or something that you could buy one off of?
  12. alright my dad showed me how to check the compression and it was at 105 psi
  13. i checked all this >Carbs in sync? >Airflow restrictions? >Fuel restrictions? >Fuel on, good gas, full gas >Plug wires loose or bad? >Clamps on front of carbs (at the intake boots) tight? >Intakes/Reeds tight? >clean the carbs really good and i'm gonna have my dad do the rest because i don't know how to do that. I'm only 14
  14. any other suggestions because i checked all those and they seem fine
  15. i also forgot to mention that i bought new ngk br8es spark plugs and i just checked them and they look kind of burnt
  16. recently i went to the desert and my quad f&@ked up. It started backfiring but would still run perfectly. So when i got back i cleaned out the air filter, i noticed the slide on the carb was stuck and i fixed that, i cleaned the carbs like 3 times and then i tried to turn it on again. It would turn on only after a few times of trying to roll start it, and it wouldn't backfiring but it sounded like there were air bubbles because it wouldn't pop it would just sound like a jet flew by. Then it would turn off if i didn't have it in high rpms. So i thought it was the tors and i replaced those, but i didn't get the tor elimination kit. After that i tried to turn it on, and it hasn't turned on since. Can anybody give me ideas of what could be the problem please!??!?!?! I am really getting irritated by this and i can't seem to find the problem. I cant afford to take the bike to the shop because Im only 14 and dont have much money. Please help, Thanks ::
