i have a set of 34mm Mikuni flat slide carbs for sale. only reason i am selling is because i am switching to lectrons to run alky. also, will throw in a huge set of jets since i no longer need mikuni jets. the pilots are from stock mikunis, so they wont work, but i dont need them. there is one extra set of 40 pilots and two of every main jet from 210 though 390 except for 220. dont know where they went. $175 shipped. Need these gone. Can get better pics if needed.

i had those carbs, and with t-5s, dune port and pods, i was running a 320/330 main depending on temp. made good smooth power curve. elevation bout the same as you as well.

if there are the wires hanging right there, i would say odds are good that you can just buy one and plug it in. i have no personal experience with other stators, but have heard many say they went back to stock after trying different aftermarket models. most importantly... YES, get an adjustable timing plate. smallest investment with big noticable difference. that should be the first thing everyone does. good luck.

t-5's get my vote. i had them on my stock shee all the way through every bolt on and a dune port. always worked good for me. only reason i sold the is for some oof cpi for a drag pipe.

what kind of power increase would someone see from port matching the cases? are there other benefits??

i went to a +4 and kept the rear shock due to lack of funds. it went really soft and i only weigh 165. i didnt run the nut all the way down to tighten the spring, that might help i suppose.

i will have to measure the shocks in the morning, but they are currently on a +2+1 setup. i weight abuot 170 and they seem about right for me. i ride in the dunes exclusively but i think they were originally bought and used for mx. they are VERY plush. like cruisin in a cadi at the dunes.
