  1. I was looking at the pro-design ones, they are $20 more, but then I have to buy an adapter thing. But I'm not sure if the pro-design intake will work with V-force 3? I know they will probably discontinue V-force2 unfortunately...Let me know cause I can get a deal on the Pro-design ones if you think its a good bet. Walter is going to forward you my address...Man you guys are fast. I won't have any time to do anyting untill after finals the next 2 weeks... But then I'm done! Woohoo! With BS degree anyways
  2. Thanks Banchetta, let me know when your done with them and I will paypal walter, I PMed him about them already! Another question I have is, What kind of intake manifold can I use with 33's and V-force3? Thanks, JI
  3. Well is it oil or Gas spraying out the pipes? I don't see how splitting the case wrong would make gas spray out the pipes, but oil definately... Gas would evaporate ALOT faster than oil, and coolant is usualy a different color... You should find someone to do a leak down test...that would tell you what is going on.
  4. Jim those look great, just in time too, my yamaha stickers are wearing off! I won't put them on untill I get the banshee runnign right though heh.
  5. Where is the best place, being cheapest but still reputable to buy 33mm pwks? thanks, JI
  6. I mostly play BF Vietnam and Unreal 2003, but have not had any time lately
  7. Lets just say that maybe I have tried it before, "maybe", and honestly its 100x less horrible than alcahol...I have never acted stupider than when I was drunk...it's almost legal in CA with a note from the doctor. But does not look good when your trying to get a security clearance.... I guess its helps some people to relax and chill out, I don't think people that feel this way need a shrink, I think its part of dealing with the stresses many people suffer in the american culture. Perhaps if everyone was not kept so buisy or so threatened that they could lose their jobs, then there wouldnet be so many people choosing this for stress relief.
  8. hey guys I I found something Really funny looking! I hear if you rifle the carbs it will go almost as fast as a stock banshee runing on 1 cylinder! and its air cooled, no need to mess with adding coolant, or mixing gas! oil injected baby!
  9. Meat head, so what your saying is Out of the box the Cheetas are better and better for the $, but after you blow up your cylinders, Ported TRex would be better since you can just bore them out, but they need extra porting to match the Cheetas in the first place? Is T-Rex just a Big bore and Cheetas are aftermarket cylinders then?
  10. I liked the first and second ones, stoped playing after I played mystic quest...
  11. me too man! my girl loves the sand, and the Banshee, I think she will be buying one soon
  12. good luck prooving gurg caused a loss of revenue and good luck prooving that he is lying in order to do so. Maybe the builder should start prooving that his products ? Smooth intakes? lol in this case the point is not wether or not it makes a Huge difference, but why do it if it does nothign but hinder the performance? I think you are just angry because you have his work in your engine and someone was not too thrilled about some of the concepts.
  13. I cut mine with a hacksaw after using masking tape and a sharpie to draw the lines..The cut was horrible. Then I took a Rasp, and evened everything out perfect. The Rasp kicked serious ass for this, then I sanded with some differen't grits and now the edge on my cuts is much better than event he stock edges! The rasp is like a cheeze gratter so it leaves a ruff edge, but you can easily turn a bumpy cutting job into something perfectly flat. Then sand down afterward to make it nice and smooth.
  14. I was runnign castor, but ti was leaving a buildup in my pipes so I switched to MC1...The bike seemed to run better and more crisp with Bel Ray MC1 synthetic mixed 50 to 1 but only time will tell... Why don't use amsoil? Because it is not available localy, and if I were to run out it would be extreamly difficult for me to locate in time to go riding. I have been to several shops and none of them sell amsoil... I was using yamalube, it it decent oil better than alot of the crap out there, but not the best.
  15. I'm a little skeptical on the "snap" thing untill I see them, but now I'm glad I held off for reeds. Maybe I'll pickup a set this summer.
  16. Holy Shit man we leave you alone for a week and you nearly get killed. You are very lucky! Im sure it hurts like a bitch though...Well best of luck getting better.
  17. I don't have much to offer except $$, but I'd love to get a soupie or 2 when you finish next years batch. I don't mind waiting, but count me in for 1 or 2 if possible I waited like 2 or 3 years to try one so hey I can wait another year
  18. meat, I won't be able to make it to colefest, anyway I can still get a couple?
  19. I would not worry to much, you will find someone else to ride with. And tehy will find out how much they miss their ATV's soon. When I first got my banshee I had no1 to ride with, the first year I was mostly riding alone. Now, 4 years later, I have to decide who to go with, and have since convinced my friend to get his stuff running too so there is always someone. Just listen around for other people going out on trips and make some new friends while your at it...Right now I have to decide with the experienced group, the drinking-party group, small group of friends (we alwas have a good time) etc...And then there are people going out there from my school from time to time too... It's like a big cycle once you find a good group that is large enough you will always have someone to ride with.. your other option is to come down to Cali and ride with us at Glamis/Gordons
  20. I'm down for glamis as soon as I get the banshee back together, assumin git was on a weekend I was able to go. Glamis is like a really big dumont Gordons is also really good, its the same thing as glamis mroe or less, just differen't hills and less people. Gas was over $100 just from San Diego to Dumont, I had to pay $2.50 a gallon at a couple stops.
  21. Hey Meat, I got to try one of your soupies at roostfest (thanks BenBB) if you make more would you be willing to sell me a couple different ones?
  22. I have all the tray surfing pics and a couple great shots that show the dunes from the camping area. Im still working on backing up my PC...Photoshop is not working right. So I need to re-install EVERYTHING It freezes everytime a try to re-size a picture. I took them all at 2048xwhatever and its a little large to post on here. I hate stupid computer viruses... I can't take the credit for the fire bombs though, I didn't make them. But it was fun
  23. I was going to head over to that camp but it looked like it sucked over there, Besides our fire bombs were way cooler. My bro said it sounded cool fromt he distance but once he got over there the maturity level droped 90% and you guys were just all "trying" to be cool... Well maybe not eveyone over there, but the majority. Besides, if it was so bitchen over there why were you guys coming over by our fire to shoot the shit? Sorry to say it even though my bike was not running properly I could take your little 4-stroke anyday..even on one cylinder. My bike was out there tons. I'm Glad my G/F was not showing her boobs off to other guys too. Besides your group packed up and went home long before I did, you all left sunday morning... See ya at glamis....
  24. i made it homealright minus the trailer tire blowout on the freeway, but now that I am home I am not alright.
  25. Dumont was pretty cool, the dunes were nice and big but the riding area in the dunes was not all that huge. you could easily cover all the dunes in a day. I had a blast meeting all you guys, everyone was willing to help eachother out, that was a great goup we had out there. Next time I go there I'm going to bring my stock tires and checking out the trails? How were they? Thanks BenBB for the spare sparkplugs, the only time My bike was running right was right after I changed the plugs, so if it was not for you I would never have been able to hit the hill in 4th. Also thanks for letting me try one of Meats famous soupies that rocked! and for going on that night ride, it was a blast! We were smokin through the dunes pretty good at night . Next year I'll be closer to keeping up with those 2, strokers, I was only pulling 3rd and sputtering when we were racing but I swear I was easily pulling 4th on new plugs... I didn't really get a chance to go on any of the big rides, I was out cruzing every time you guys went, so maybe next time... Someone should make a new post for everyone to post pictures once they get back. I got back a little later than expected, a tire blew out on my trailer on the way home... Hopefully I'll have my pics on my website by tomarrow.
