  1. Find a Laeger's Pro-Trax chassis or an LSR Outlaw
  2. Sounds like you need to look for a Laeger's Pro-Trax chassis or possibly an LSR Outlaw.
  3. Just keep in the silence can be considered consent or approval. I would VERY strongly encourage you to fully assemble and even ride the bike BEFORE powder coating!! You will find all sorts of little details along the ways that will surprise you if you're OCD at all
  4. Appreciate the update. Maybe if the HMFIC wasn't in here stirring the pot, things would be less weird.... Try and keep things crystal clear in here. For the sake of your build and and for Cam.
  5. Great summary! Big time roller coaster ride for sure!! I LOVE that place
  6. I was thinking they were taller. I was also thinking that the tales dunes at St. Anthony are closer to 600'
  7. We drove right past you guys on I15 heading south last night. All I could think about was blasting thru the interior of the west dunes...
  8. I was lumping tire pressure into bike setup. Yes, very important. The old MX pros used to use 18 X 11" tires. There must be a reason most use 18 X 10" now....?
  9. Wider is NOT always better for traction. There are numerous variables. Terrain and soil type play a huge factor and the conditions. Hard pack, semi loose, ect. Bike setup is huge too. This is reality well outside the boundaries of the atv world. It's a matter of finding the best width, height and traction/lug pattern for the application.
  10. In person they are very impressive
  11. That's great info from a local rider!
  12. What have you done to preserve the body on this truck? I keep hearing how harsh the winter salt is on vehicles from the Midwest to the east coast and how quickly they start to rust out everywhere.
  13. Sitting here eating dinner, mouth full, and I open this thread and see this picture first. I just about shot mashed potatoes and gravy out my nose just now. Hahahaha!!!
  14. I love how Tyler won't respond to direct questions like this and then he deflects to put blame on others.....
  15. Well done! The Duncan bumper and the cut of the front plastics is very nice. Great choice of nerfs too.
  16. IMO, this needs to be done with the rear shock in place, except with the spring removed to best determine maximum compression. The squish of rubber bump stop on the shock shaft needs to be considered into the overall travel too when testing the range of motion without the spring in place.
  17. Ha! Gotcha Well, speaking from experience, I'd encourage you to check it before you bomb a jump or two.
  18. I'm thinking with the extra travel he has now, plus the mono silencer setup, that things have to be getting very close when fully compressed. Maybe I'm wrong...? On my Laeger, I had to space my silencers outward about a 1/2" to clear my brake caliper at full compression.
  19. Hang on, you have 12" of clearance between the silencer and your brake caliper when the suspension is fully compressed??
  20. How close is your silencer to hitting your brake caliper?
