  1. Around here the Dodge front end fall apart a whole lot sooner then the Fords in the same type of conditions. Work or street driven.
  2. Too many people crammed into one place for this guy. I'd rather find a way to get away from people and all that.
  3. Straight 110 on the lower pressure settings too? Like 6-9lbs
  4. Cool So what does your butt dyno say this motor is putting out?
  5. What were the output numbers on your stock cylinder motor?
  6. Good to know on the current setup. If you do try the SLP's keep us posted. This is a pump gas motor, right?
  7. Dunatic619 - what dunes are you primarily riding? What tire pressure have you been running? I have found that Sand Star fronts steer too quickly and are too responsive in the course heavier sand at St. Anthony. I prefer my Mohawks there. I have found that the sand in Oregon is much softer and almost fluffy compared to St Anthony. I prefer my Sand Star fronts there as they handle and respond much better in that type of sand. My Mohawks tend to push and have poor response in the soft sand. Edit: Are you running a steering stabilizer?
  8. Egen Lake camp ground is the closest official camp ground to the big dunes. It is west of Idaho Dunes RV camp ground approximately a mile +/- It's a bit of a hike from Egen Lake to the best of the big dunes, Devils, Choke Cherry, ect. If you have a fuel guzzler you will need to pack extra fuel to make the ride too and from and have enough fuel to play on the big hills. The big dunes there are an absolute blast to play on!! Someone local will have to chime in on weather sand camping is allowed and on a source for race gas and riding double.
  9. Sounds pretty typical of Yamaha four stroke stuff, stout, super reliable and heavier then everything else.
  10. I was just tossing out an idea for you. I have no desire to sell my Duncan, plus it fits a 250R frame, not oem Banshee.
  11. How do you feel about a Duncan bumper?
  12. Maybe not, but I guarantee you the day time riding there would make it worth it.
