  1. Thanks Ryan, I would love a 10, but I am already half way to a 4.
  2. Sometimes when you love something so much... you have to set it free. Or because I could love a cub more!!! And building engines is some times as much fun as riding.
  3. Hey guys, I am offering my DRAG PORTED 4 mil HJR stock cylinders, domes, pistons, and a brand new in box M&M crank for $700.00. These cylinders are on the banshee pictured below and run incredible! I am in love with these cylinders, and will only take them off to sell them If the money has changed hands. Please feel free to ask any questions.
  4. Yes, a blown o ring will pressurize the coolant jackets, and push coolant out into the reservoir. Replace the o ring, and you should be good to go.
  5. All true. I ran stock carbs on my 4 mil for a while and they ripped. I would get the 115 rod though, less rod angle and more longevity.
  6. I started out with the dune/hillshoot port from Kevin, but with the 4 mil crank and loved it, BIG difference in power. My advice to you is don't waste your time splitting the cases to only weld your stock crank, if you are in there put a 4 mill in. the cost is very small after you ebay your old crank, and the power difference, and options that open up to you in the future are worth it.
  7. Hey Brett, are you, Dave, and rob coming down this weekend?
  8. Are you talking about Glamis?
  9. You are welcome. Yeah, look me up, best dunes ever up here.
  10. Yes, the needle comes out, hold the throttle spring back up against cap and then push throttle cable down a little and out. You seem VERY rich, I run 145 mains, 42 pilot, and CEL needle 2nd from top @ 5000 feet with the mods below in my sig.
  11. Yeah, I saw first hand the difference that axle can make on saturday. Thanks for all the feed back so far guys, I think the axle and swing arm are where I can do the most damage, I am going to start with the swing arm.
  12. Thats what I am thinking, I would like to weigh a stock swinger, so I can have a real idea of weight savings.
  13. ok, so where is the best place to save weight, that costs the least as well? I am thinking about a swing arm from stellar.
  14. I was thinking that because it was made of chromemoly it would be lighter.
  15. Hey guys, I am looking to save some weight on my axle, is the G force any lighter? If not, what is? I would like to get a couple inches of width if possible thanks.
  16. what elevation are you? 140 seems lean unless you are 5000' or above. to jump from 160 to 140 is not the best jetting practice.
  17. Hey guys, I live 15 minutes from St. Anthony, and I am usually out there about 4 times a week in the summer. I have lived close too, and spent a lot of time dunning at LS Utah, Glamis/Gordons California, and coral pink Utah, St. Anthony beats them all hands down. Labor day weekend is a great time to come if you are looking for some good competition to race up Crapo and Choke, bring your best though, there are some VERY FAST local 4 strokes that can dismantle the unprepared banshee.
  18. Is it a significant amount of TQ? Thanks Cam.
  19. Ok, I think I understand now. The problem only occurs when the diameter of the intake is larger than the v force stuffer, which probably only happens on large intakes (39 mm or bigger) My intakes for my 35 mm pwks seem flush or smaller than the v force stuffer. So in my case the stuffer would do me no good. Am I correct?
  20. BigRed, Have you done any dyno testing with the cascade stuffers to verify power gains? It seems like a good idea, but it is to obvious for the V-force people to screw up... guess what I am asking is...is it a boost bottle type product?
  21. I wish! No, just helping a friend do a new build in my garage, he bought the pipes used, and the guy told him they were BB. I will probably need a 10 mil to best you though. LOL
