    Contact Risdesigns they do custom painted quads all the time. They have an internet cite.

    Sometimes they don't close all the way due to dirt or sand. Just tap the side of the carb.

    I just built the same set up with 35s Kevin recommended 50 pilot 158 main and cell needles

    One of the floats may need to be adjusted. Give the carbs a few good taps on the sides may fix the problem.

    Could someone advise me on how I can locate and buy a couple of these brackets. I tried Torque-Racing but their cite doesn't work and there not on ebay. I've thrown away the coolant bottle so I don't need the JD Customs one which is a bit expensive anyways ($45)

    How much would it cost for two banshee relocation brackets without coolant bottles. Your cite doesn't work on my cell 951 333 3357. Picture of it also. Thanks.

    It will fit the axle but not a banshee rim. It has s different bolt pattern.

    Just get the bike ported and advance timing +4. Without theporting your going to get spanked

    Can I remove the rear spring by loosening the top bolts with a spanner wrench or do I need a tool to compress the spring.

    I just put one on in chrome. Its worth the money and a good mod. Fit was perfect.

    The rear shocks not bad. You can have it revalved and a stiffer spring put in if you go with an extended swingarm.

    I had issues on the low end but after many dollars it turned out to be the after market stator. TRY the stock one with a modded bike.

    Sorry that's for the clutch actuator rubbing. For the throttle it should be an easy pull.

    They shouldn't have a heavy pull, check to see if the left side carb plug at the bottom of the bowl is rubbing on actuator. You may have to put spacers btw cylinder and reeds.

    Which Permatex are we supposed to use for the cases. I didn't see the 1211 at Autozone. They did have the gray stuff.

    Do you have to do any tran mods for the 4mill or will the stock Trans work

    I'm going to get an aggressive dune port by Hjr and figgured it'll be an extra grand for a 4mill. I already have v force 2s and dual 35s and didn't know if its worth the money. I'm 100% duner in glamis
