  2. Sounds like a great set up and its ported by a great guy.
  3. If you want to advance the timing get a timing plate for lick 50$, if you get the key and its not properly installed it can sheer off and break. Check up on the mods section its been discussed many times and there's detailed instructions on installation.
  4. T-5 let Kevin know so he ports for your pipe.
  5. Remove the carbs , flip them over and remove the float bowls. The floats are the black circular plastic pieces that move up and down. Flip the Carb back over and measure the distance from the base of the Carb to the base of where the float comes to rest. Should be 20-22mm.
  6. WHITE frames always look good now finish it up and get it dirty or sandy
  7. Check your float heights they should be 20-22mm from the float mating surface without seal to base of float. On stock Carb.
  8. Porting=power........HJRRacing can hook you up. He's a cite sponsor.
  9. dont do it just get extended a arms made for a banshee. a few have done it and switched to a banshee made extended a arm which should tell you something.
  10. ELKAS are great but if you ride recreationally you don't need resi's on the fronts. Either a arm option would work and look and feel better than stock. Long travel isn't necessary for a limited budget.
  11. Go into the mod section and do a search for "wiring" there you will find what your looking for
  12. Contact K&T since they ported it they can give you a good starting point.
  13. Everything about your bike is low- mid if you want a little more top end gear higher.
  14. Just unplug them but double check that the pilot and main jets are clean
  15. Clean the carbs again and specifically the pilot and main jets
  16. Just remove the pin and nut at the bottom of steering arm and see if the spacer is there.
  17. You might try eBay guys here aren't fans of the boost bottle.
  18. Sounds like your missing the spacer that goes BTW the small portion of the base of the steering shaft and bottom seal. It can fall out during removal of the shaft.
  19. There's one on the left front and right rear on my bikes
  20. The Ris guys are awesome I've camped with them a few times. They'll even work with you on prices once your a repeat customer.
  21. I could be wrong but the Trinity boot is set up for a 35mm Carb. If the 38 fits you could make it work.
