I've also been running a gforce axle for 4+ years no problems. I'd buy another and actually plan to for my other banshee when the time comes.

When i got my g force from rockymountain atv a few years back i ordered the nut separate. When they shipped it I ended up with 2 axle nuts.

If your going to replace the clutch check the basket if it has groves in the fingers replace it with a billet basket (Mattoon is the bomb). I just put in a barnett clutch from FAST and it worked great. You can also do the shift star mod since the cover is off, a billet impeller, and a pancake bearing. These are all good mods. Also inspect the innner and outter cluth hubs for wear and replace . If you do it all at once you only have to do it once and your good to go for a long time.

I got 5 plus years out of my last oring chain and the WD40 thing worked fine for me also. I didnt do it that often either. 100% sand riding in Glamis. I just replaced my chain with a DID xring chain for the hell of it.

I dont think your going to get a result for all out best porter, they all kick ass and have heard no complaints from any cite sponsors. Don't buy used cylinders for the porting thats just not a good idea. Again call a sponsor they can answer all your questions. The prices are on the cite links just look.

Your best bet is call one of the cite sponsors and describe what type of riding you do and what you want from your bike. The level of power will depend on how much you want to spend. I went to Herrjugs and he will answer all your questions. You will get great feedback from any of the sponsors.

Henderson will put on a great show and dirty box Jones. The worst thing about Jones is those razor sharp elbows and at least Henderson will fight and not play it safe like Evans did.

Correct tool, for shifting if the shift shaft is bent or if the clutch basket had grooves its not going to shift well. The shift star mod also helps.

Try a different stator, they can test good then when they heat up they fail. Also double check your grounds. The one attached to frame clear of paint and the points the coil bolt to the frame also clear of paint.

So you cant ride it at all, or can you feather the clutch and get going. If its dying like that it sound electrical and not the carbs. They would have to be way off to not let you ride it at all.

go to ebay and type dual carb synchrometer its 29$, use the search and youll find the info on the leak down tester. Parts can be obtained from ace just plug the exhaust openings and one intake and on the other intake put a gauge to fill it up with air...

Double check the pilot jet, hold it up to some light and make sure you can see through it (for the idle). Dont waste your money on the 2 into 1 carb other than taking up less room it doesnt offer any power gains. A carb synch tool is a great investment you hold it up to the intake side of the carb and you can make sure both carbs are working the same at idle then partial throttle. Make sure the crossover tube is in place between both carbs and you didnt switch the slides when you put it back together. Just some things to start with. A leak down test on your rebuild is also a good idea.

What year bike is this and does it have the parking brake sensor? If it does disconnect it and try that. You should also disconnect the tors they cause problems also.
