Stock stroke with stock carbs is impressive everyone says the stock carbs are only good for up to 70 hp.

4mil, t-5's, +6 timing, 145 compression, vf2's.

Dune port by Kevin this was dynoed at 3300' elevation so at sea level it would be 81 hp and 46 tq .

HJR can get you there with less compression . Ive got a similar set up and just had it dynoed by Shearer.

Abe can you return the axle under warranty? If so that would fix this.

Anything over a 1000 will not require a helmet so well see where that goes.

Sad to think all the guys who dropped 20+ on the RZR 1000 to see this. You know Polaris will have a turbo next year.

Sounds like a refund is in order for a part sold as straight which it isn't.

Clean the carbs, do a compression check, leak down test, see where your at then.

Its a shame the same couple of guys keep bad mouthing HJR. I'm sure there are hundreds who are happy with his work.

Pipes and porting would be the better direction. A timing plate set a +4 and K&N pod filters would be an inexpensive start also. Stock carbs are good to 70 hp and your not even close.
