  1. So you have a sundahl long travel frame? Could you post pictures some time.
  2. Does sundahl still do banshee long travel frames?
  3. Skat trak v paddles and Mohawks up front are fun.
  4. He didn't have problems with the crank he just wanted a Hot Rod crank.
  5. Typically a custom vehicle of any sort that you want to register in California has to be cleared then numbered through Highway Patrol. They inspect it for stolen parts, check receipts, then number it. After an inspection you go to DMV and register it. If it's a show piece and never going on public or federal lands then no need to bother. If it has vin or id's removed those and only those parts are destroyed.
  6. Nice thing about the Clark tank is you don't have to refill on a ride.
  7. Stick with metal sprockets for longivity. Aluminum is lighter bet wears faster.
  8. Start by checking the compression and not with a harbor freight or rental tester. Snap on would be great but expensive. I found craftsman to be good and affordable. If you were near me I would do it for you.
  9. 4 mill with T5s and a 300 main would be real lean depending on porting. Buy a craftsman compression tester and start there.
  10. Wrong, k&n with outerwear works great in sand.
  11. The 999 deal is real good but it comes down to how much do you want to spend. I've got front elkas on both my bikes and rebuilt stock shocks on the rear. The rear shocks work well.
  12. Just put a request for a used one in the Wanted section, don't buy other than OEM.
  13. When my second gear went I sent it to Redline. He saw a lot more wear than I did and replaced 4 gears. Just saying the new trans may have been wore out and you didn't realize it.
  14. Would the porting for T5s and Shearer be similar since they are both top end pipes even though the Shearer is better.
  15. Did you have the trans rebuilt or did you buy a used one. You may have bought one that was also wore out.
  16. That's an unlawful stop but Sheriff's are notorious for that. PD and Highway Patrol are less likely to do that.
  17. Possibly not sure I have a HJR dune port on pump gas dyno'd at 74/42
  18. Sorry they didn't get them back but this is one way that some do.
  19. You obviously think he was a dick head for doing his job. But if he recovered your stolen quad I'm sure you would feel differently.
  20. Still the officer could kneel down to see if the Vin is there, it would fall in line with plain sight. But he can't climb onto your trailer to see it, or open an enclosed trailer to inspect it.
