so i been havin a lot of trouble with head gaskets. i went through a stock one so i swiched to a coolhead. now the o-ring one took a crap and i burn a piston because of it. i did torque it right both times. i also did the vasilen to hole the o-rings in place when instaling the coolhead. is there any other way to fix this problem? i seen copper head gaskets online. i was thinking about trying one of them next with the stock head back on. also how far can u mill a stock head to run on 93 octane?

well they r pritty bad lol them been sitting in my buddy barn 4 a while there not shine at all
-
get a side angle pic lol
and looks a lil shiney idk if u could like hit it with some rly fine paper or scotch bright to take away the glaze just my OP
-
T5 pipes and silencers, factory carbs, 66.5 bore, stock stroke with HotRod crank, stock cages Boyesen carbon reed petals, planning on going with a K&B filter setup with factory airbox (good/bad?), and looking to have the heads worked on but might just buy a dome setup.
i would go with pods if u have a port unless u get into water and mud n stuff then i would just loose the lid with a k&n
-
or u could just junk the tors :ermm:

how should i go about getting my wheels shiney again lol they look like crap

there is no theremostat ... once u top it its full no air pockets...... put a bucket under ur impeller plate then remove it and let the coolent overflow into the bucket then kick it over n see if the impeller is turning.... if it is put it back to gether and top off the coolent.... and ride it will b fine and u will kno u if its overheating bc it should drip on ur pipes and make a bunch of smoke :ermm:
