My question is, if your main jet gets to big, will a banshee always want to spit and sputter / not want to get into powerband?
I know on my cr250 if the air filter gets too dirty or the main jet gets to big it wont want to get into the powerband at all.
Ive gone from 270 main to 390 main and I cant tell a friggin difference. The shee ALWAYS gets into the powerband at the same rate regardless of what I have done to jetting.
Im trying to figure out where it wants to be on jetting but it seems like no matter what I do, it always runs the exact same lol
The current jetting is 32.5 pilot air screw at 1 1/2 turns out, clip on middle notch w/ stock needle, 270 main.
I had 27.5 pilot in, but had to turn the screw all the way in to keep it from bogging at 1/8 throttle. (I didnt have a 30 pilot and the 32.5 seems to work fine)
From what I have read my main should be around 340, but no matter what jets I have in it doesnt seemto make much a difference.
What do you guys think?
