  1. IVe been studying E85 for quite some time.... a local station carrying it is the sole reason I currently have a 97 banshee frame in my garage.. I plan to build an e85 burning quad... what I am not certain about is what you have to do about mixing oil.... what kind of oil mixes with ethanol? I know some people run 100% ethanol but I don't actually know anyone who does.. I need info on that... I also read that E85 was 115 octane. Don
  2. I have a seen a banshee at kbtoy outlet, family dollar and walgreens recently.... Don
  3. I have laeger A-Arms should I use them or sell them for additional build cash? are they worth much?
  4. http://www.masterlocks.com/item.asp?CID=33 this is the best cheap lock I have found.... we use it to keep people from stealing our spare tires.. about a year ago I left it laying on the ground and it was run over by a backhoe with the key in it so we decided to try to cut it open since it was useless to us anyways.... I got my chopsaw bound up while trying to cut the lock and broke my fast cutting steel disk.... ended up cutting the chain with a concrete blade to get the lock off the chain. a Motion sensor is an excellent deturant radioshack has battery powered ones http://www.radioshack.com/sm-portable-moti...pi-2102584.html also a magnetic switch attacked to the quad is an EXCELLENT idea and I might be adding one to my current setup. Don

  7. The intake on my FL350R was made from a plastic cup, a piece of rain gutter, a septic coupler, 2 zip ties, 4 hose clamps and a K&N filter. and it ROCKED!!!
  8. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TT500-TT-50...p3911.m14.l1318 !! I love it !! .... this guy does GOOD work... I just talked to him via email and theres a chance he can bend me a custom pipe
  9. Ive got a torch and a welder but I don't drink.... Ill buy if someone wants to come help.
  10. Ive been beating my head against the wall looking for this. was hoping maybe someone else saw it. about 3 years ago a I ended up with this 1977 Yamaha XT500 flat track racer Someone I know put a lot of time and money into the motor...A LOT.... the rest of the bike has seen the end of its life span.. I remember while searching for information on swapping the motor into another bike frame I found a guy who had put a SR600 (nearly same as xt500) motor into a banshee frame. I cannot find any info and my original link because I had saved it is dead. Yesterday for $258 I bought a 96 banshee sans engine, plastic and tires. Im sure you can put the rest together..... If anyone could help me with information on a swap or happen to have any links I wold appreciate it... Don
