  1. That is the funniest thing I have heard/read all week!!! Take the tires and rims off, sleep on them and in the mean time put your banshee if a safe deposit box. Banks are not open at night and have great alarms systems so you should be able to sleep safe.
  2. They are reliable. They work off of vacuum from the carburetors. Typically what goes wrong is the hoses crack or break, or the diaphragms in the carb get worn out on the oil side and do not pull anymore. Other than that they are bullet proof. Would the ski still run if the oil "injection" system was crap?
  3. Ok. So hook the water up to your ski, turn it on, and walk away. What will happen? Ever tried to tow a ski over 10 mph? I agree, if it is done your way within a few seconds, there will be no problems. But I would not. http://www.sbtontheweb.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12000 Read the thread a little, don't just watch the video. There is some important information left out in it.
  4. Women. To paraphrase Dave Chapelle: I was in the grocery store waiting in line and saw a magazine on the rack. One of the headlines was "100 ways to please your man" by some lady. 100? That list is like 4 things long. Suck his dick, play with his balls, fix him a sandwitch and dont talk so fuckin much. Classic.
  5. Yeah you can get adapters or just make your own to run a water hose to it. BE CAREFUL. If you do, MAKE SURE that it is running before you turn the water on and that you also shut the water off before you shut the motor off. Failure to do so will swamp the motor.
  6. Run the AV fuel. I have been running it in a 180psi setup for about a year now and have had ZERO trouble. I run it for the same reason you are going to run it - cost. $70 for 5 gallons of c-12 is the going rate here...I go to the airport and get 10 gallons for about $40.
  7. Im not real close - upstate ny, but if you wanted to make a trip I would help you out man!!
  8. Bah humbug - I am at work until midnight. Running this laser is like watching paint dry.
  9. Im not sure why there is a poll. If there is a need to make a poll, just fix the problem, no poll at all. BAN
  10. Well how did they work out for ya?
  11. Please post up your thoughts on these pipes as I am thinking of getting a set.
  12. The 700r raptor is a nice bike. It looks good and has WAY better suspension than the stock Banshee. That being said, My 2001 Banshee will rip a new asshole in my buddies 2008 Raptor. I hit 6th and its game over. BTW, the '08 is fuel injected. Pretty neat.
  13. I didnt see anyone offer up carbs-I have a set of stockers if you want 'em.
  14. Why? So he can have to slowest banshee around.
  15. Ok i'm from the Hudson Valley. You are WAY upstate.
  16. Off topic I do not have t5's but I live in upstate NY, where are you located?
  17. Have you checked where your TORS are set at? When I went to my flatslides, my bike wouldnt run. Stumped me for a half hour, then I realized that my slides werent all the way down in the bore. Too much air getting by. Adjusted them down and viola. Check it out.
  18. You can get a pair of TM flatslides sfor around 300. Dont pay more than 200 for used.
  19. I love when these threads get techinical. I am given insight and thoughts I didn't think of before. I can attest to rejetting when raising compression and timing, I had to do it myself. As a matter of fact, I have to rejet now because it is getting warmer outside, but not in the direction you would think. I have to jet BIGGER. I know, it sounds crazy, or maybe I am crazy. But with the warmer weather my bike is running hotter. Of course, like an idiot, I never rejetted when I switched to AVgas, so its going to be like starting over.
  20. I especially like the orange flatslides, nice touch
  21. Ok cool. Yeah around here C-12 goes for 70 bucks a five gallon drum so when you do the math it comes out to 14 bucks a gallon. I like to ride at least 2 days out of the weekend (4 10's) so it adds up. As a matter of fact, I just sold my jet ski and and FINALLY going to buy some a-arms and shocks. I cant wait!
