talk to windycityjohn, hes pretty good with cheetahs. not many ppl have the 485, i do but i never dialed in the jetting. john can tell u all the members with cheetahs

no love for the cheetahs it looks like. if anything, id like to build a 4mil rz350 motor. i dont see a practical application for dm or dmx unless your idea of fun is a straight line with 2 wheels off the ground.

i think the issue has something to do with your bearing carrier. the was gforce designs there axle locking system is garbage. im gunna draw a crude ms paint diagram of the axles locking system here we go! for the record, before anyone bashes my drawing, i havent seen a gforce axle in over 2 years, im only helping to solve this once in for all so i can feel either smart or really stupid when it comes to building banshees. i think, like i said the axle was designed for stock bearing carriers. idk this for sure or why it would matter. my suggestion is to call gforce, or make a spacer to fill the gap. problem is, most bhq are into drag racing. the have no clue about gforce axles because its something that would never be used on there bikes. or u have the mx banshee riders who use big name axles like lonestar, RPM Dominator. good luck man

for the record. i talked to jeff tonight, he wasnt very pleased with my last comment, but we talked it out. jeffs a good guy, no doubt in my mind hes maybe just alittle behind. my motor will be done soon enough and i will still have to wait til summer so i guess im not in that bad of a rush

Stop being cheap. Ive owned one for about 2 years now. Best throttle ive ever used ever. Period. Smooth action with a light spring makes 38mm airstrikers feel amazing. You really just gotta own one to see the detail and craftsmanship that goes into these things

For the record. Trinity has issues with CHEETAH MOTORS AND DOME DESIGN. Unfortunetly i know this first hand. from what i can tell, there parts are parts and the only thing u have to be careful of is getting non vition orings for there heads that somehow happen to me? I cant say there is anything wrong with them as a company (as far as i can tell u) and never heard about any issues regaurding there stock motor domes and coolheads but if i want 100% assurance go with nos coolheads.

Wow all i can say is i hope the motor jeff is building me will be faster than his service. Hes had my motor since august. Still waiting. Even jaymes called me to check up on my cheetah and i had nothing to.say because my motor is still mia.

get a lonestar with a lifetime warranty. dont be cheap

Just like most am axles. They are extended at the splines and have spacers to raise or lower axle spacing Get a lonestar axle. G force use a fucked up method of locking the axle in place

it dosnt matter who you buy your cheetah from, trinity will still make a buck. my suggestion is to buy from fast, tell them what you want, and have a abundance of $$$. you get what you pay for. john the motor was repaired and parts were replace. my story is word from word your story, just my names nick. ill make sure jeff has all the specs for me. its gunna b a few more weeks but whatever. summers over, i have alot of stuff on my plate atm, im just gunna wait untill i can do everything the right way and for the season to change back. idk what im going to do for transportation to silverlake, i got a bmw now, there isnt much room for a banshee lol

I've been talking to jeff regulary and we are on a first and last name basis. Just spoke to him two days ago about my motor and he had said his parts guy nick had quit. So needless to say they are a bit backed up, take your ticket and get in line.

More and more I see people trash talking someones sales post for their bike because they feel like its not worth the listing price. Well some of us banshee owners know how much we've invested into our bikes, and what its worth to us but I'm curious what mods/requirements does it take for people to agree with the listers price. I know I have well over 20gs in my bike. I have everything but a lonestar chassis and billet cases, what would u pay for my bike? What would you pay for your own bike? What about the person above yous bike? I wanna see if there's sone trend to what people value when making a purchase

yeah, all i know is i got boned on the domes. i have a set of titian racing domes i recieved last year mid way threw my motor catastrophe, but never had a chance to use them really because the season ened and my o rings blew with in 15 of riding. but ill tell you wat, i instantly gained 20hp at least with the titian domes, i couldnt keep my front end down and the bike pulled harder than anything ive ever been on. going from 64hp to somewhere nere 85+ is night and day, with the old domes wot would break up and dogg itself.

Never been to the drag strip. Proably wont do so good with my short chassis lol. Cylinders are being sent to jeff now, ill be knowing soon wat I got for free and wat I'm paying for.

yea ive gotten word my cylinders are being red labeled inspected this week(or i think). after that there going to jeff, hopefully ill make it to silver lake atleast once this year. im hoping to go on labor day, that way i have a long weekend

Explain why one motor seems full proof, and the others a bomb. A crank makes that much difference
