  1. i dont get the whole heat cycle thing if some one can tell me what it actully does that would be great, piston ring to bore wear-in is simply to wear both surfaces together and this can only be done by running the two surface's together. if you heat things up and down enuff times the metal becomes fragile. i run my cars in hard and i did the same to the banshee, im always WOT but i dont let the revs climb to much, WOT change gear WOT next gear i just load it up without letting it rev out, and go thru the gears alot if its a new transmission. to be honest i dont think i could "correctly" run in a two stoke i meen B-O-R-I-N-G. who knows what the correct method is as everyone is differant. and im not too shaw about the running a oily mix becuase you can glaze up the bores and it will never run-in correctly or take even longer.
  2. ah ok thats a shame would be cool if it were pefect or at least good, what elevation are you at ? thanx.
  3. hey all, im thinking about getting the t5 Pro Rider Race Kit witch comes with = (Chrome Pipes, Chrome Stinger Tubes, Silencers, Boyesen Reeds, Billet Pipe Clamps, 2:1 High Flow Filter System, with Outerwear, Perfect Jet Kit), i figure if i get it all from the same place the jetting will be perfectly matched but im wondering about the 2:1 filter and outerwear becuase i do cross some puddles when it has a rain (not deep puddles just alot of splash) will this filter and outerwear be ok ? i dont wont to sacrafice reliabilty for power i have a car that does that

  11. the search button isnt as magical as you make it out to be, you hardly ever find what your looking for or you have to go threw thousands of posts that may/may not have what you looking for, and thats if it doesnt come up with an error. the search button is like the wizeman high up in the mountains (wich you can climb with your banshee) that he can answer any question but you have to ask the right question.
  12. how lucky are you people, we only get a max of 98 ron here in aussieland (at the pump), i have to buy avgas leaded which is only 100 ron but its cheap at $1.60au a liter compaired to 98 pump fuel that is $1.55au a liter. c16 is pretty pricey tho at $175.00au for 20 liters
