  1. its a tuff call becuase if your hands get worse and you cant work (i hope is not the case) you will need that disability money to live and if you get caught riding they can stop those payments (thats how it works here anyway) yeh riding is awesome but you need money to live aswell, maybe buy a lotto ticket to set your self up hehe. a few oppinions is always good.
  2. finally tryed my razr2's and fuk me ded they are heavy as, its like i can hit peak rpm anymore. i need more power to turn the things.
  3. ive got a 44 of avgas at work i was going to use for my car but im not shaw if i can keep getting it, so i might use it on the shee, i think its pointless unless i get a timing plate or a dyna tho so im waiting on that b4 i use it.
  4. wouldnt the oil in your premix give you a false reading ?
  5. i spoze they do use a bit of fuel in 20hrs ive used around 100lt (26.4 gallons) and the first 10 or less hours were with totaly stock shee, so imagine a ported shee with big carbs (i only have t5s 280 mains and toomey airfilter) . i couldnt be stressed buying some one elses fuck up so i bought a new one. i think there reliable just look after them when your not thrashing the shit out of them. i didnt buy a banshee to plod along.
  6. old mechanical shit is awesome my first bike was a 1972 xr75, woohooo! ahhh my ol' xr.
  7. so you meen to say my banshee simultator to test the projection of water and mud off the tyres from centrifugal force is good for nothing ?
  8. Yeh dont cut them , eventually everyone is going to have cut fenders and then full fenders will be the in thing. you get coverd in shit anyway i dont even think the front fenders help, i always come back covered.
  9. with stock carbs you screw them in untill they seat (not tight, just lightly seat) then screw them out the amount of turns you desire. in stock form there 2 turns out and above 5000ft there 2/12 turns out on a #200 jet and above 0c / 32f degrees. hehe . But yeh like LS1Inferno said what elevation and what other mods ?
  10. if you need too know anything about TORS, KaosBanshee44 is the man.
  11. whats wrong with the toomey needles ?, i put them in when i got my pipes.
  12. you can try him but you always get his answering machine or if you do get threw he will never ring you back, nice enuff fella to talk too but bad service. i think my yami dealer said about $750-800au for a aftermarket axle, which really means there about $500. i dont bother shopping in aus, there fuking rip off cunts !
  13. 1.6i that civic is awesome it would sound great on full song, if your loosing topend maybe its time for some bigger cams or dial the ones you have in.
  14. thanx for the reply's, this is definetly a factory fault. what ill do is go past the dealership and see if they have any 08 banshees out the front and measure it, then they can see the fault on a still showroom bike. 2strokespirit : yeh i dont like it either but i dont think the dealer will do anything about it, ill measure front to back tonight.
  15. yeh valves point out. yeh the left side almost line up (front being more to the left a tiny bit) and the right wheels are about 2 1/2" off (rear wheel to the right)
  16. nah both banshees are the same and his hasnt been apart, its as he got it, from the dealer and its the same as mine. you cant get a bend like that without your alignment going out, i think its from the factory . i know it cant be normal but its how we got them from the shop (tho i got myne at a differant dealer)
  17. like, front []---------[] back []----------[]
  18. hey all, i went to do a wheel alignment with a long level and noticed that on one side the front and rear wheels sat about 5/16 off of being parallel and the other side was like 2 1/2", so i went and checked my cousin's same year banshee (08) and it was the same and hes never crashed it. is this normal ? or atleast with 08 models (standard suspention, axle and rims).
  19. If your gonna leave it standard the t6's will be better and if you buy the kit from toomey it includes airfilter and jets (as do T5's), you just have to tell them if your gonna run an airbox or not. T5's respond well to a hotted up motor, T6's dont so they say.
  20. not only is every engine differant, every dyno is differant so atleast if the dyno can be the same youd have 1 less varible missing.
  21. whata beast they look pretty nice for a fwd, we dont get them here. Its like a 180sx(or 240sx over there) cross between a ae92 trueno gze.
  22. ah ok, 4g63's love big turbo's its a shame you dont see many people put the engine in a rwd car.
  23. yeh turbos on s2000's work well because it give them some torque as they dont have much being n/a. jrod: the turbo is an ITS item gt 30 size and flows 550hp. thanks o5banshee
