you screw your main jet into the needle jet, its that brass piece under the main. 2 1/4 turns is border line to many, but alba might have it that way for a reason.

how many turns out from seated are the air screws ?

if thats the case, and it was riding fine. Leave it as is and do a plug chop just to see. If its gone this long it will do it again . if it was idling good , had good throttle response and had good topend you would have to think its pretty close if not perfect.

yeh 300 sounds about right, do a plug chop to see how its burning and go from there. you will have to play with the needle position to get it perfect if it isnt already.

32.5 pilot is HOOOOOOOOOOOOGE, are you sure its a 32.5 ?, for a 300 main a stock pilot (25) should be plenty.

haha i always get them mixed up, onevia and sil80's my mate had a sil80 and i kept calling it a onevia haha.

yeh you shoud be around the 300-330 mark but it still should rev over idle in neutral. have you tried un splicing the wire's from the throttle and leave the 2 not connected ?. disconnect all the tors wiring , carbs, black box, and un splice the throttle wires.

so all your tors is connected ? 2 plugs on the carbs, one under the tank (connected to a black box), one on your thumb throttle and depending on what year, one on your handbrake lever.

1121 is a threebond number, not permatex. i got my 1121 from a moto shop.

like you said one end is a vent near the bars, the other is near the water pump and the other is to the back of the motor under the rear engine mount.

yeh i dont get it, you can cheat with anything ? sometimes at big events if they suspect cheating thay call a $1000 bluff, you have to pull ya car/bike down, if you are cheating you loss $1000 if you check out you get the $1000.

here, they call the top car a 200sx (s14 silvia) and the two bottom ones they call sil-80's (s13 silvia with a 180sx front end.) 200sx = 2lt sr20 (turbo and non) 180sx = 1.8lt (turbo and non), we didnt get the 2.4 liter ones here.

yeh my bad, all the vids ive seen of tree shots and that in oregon i thought (visioned) that all that was on the out skirts of the dunes, not in it. Sounds like a great place to ride with everything there. haha drewski !!!, ok heres the vid haha, but it was one of my first rides of a quad and first ride in the trails. maybe a better worded question is the go..... when i think dunes i think open space and things to climb and drop offs to avoid. When i think trails, i think trees narrow tracks and obsticles. ive trailed around/through dune area's and ive climbed rocky, hard as trail hill's in the forrest. id say going fast and turning tight trails going threw whoops and trying to keep it pinned takes a bit more skill than to climb stuff, not saying climbing stuff is easy but there's alot more stuff to watch out for in the forrest. hill climbing and tree shots are another thing all together.
