  1. dg's are shit. fmf's, toomeys, dmc's, pc's, ptr's would be a nice pipe for fastish trails. cpi and rocket's/r2's would be good for strong mid and top. let us know your mods, and when you find a pipe let us know.
  2. you should get it ported for the 4mm, theres no point doing it other wise. if your porting now is towards a dune port, then they might not be able to be ported for a 4mm. ask the guy that did the porting if the cylinders will be able to cross over to a 4mm setup. a cool head with stroker domes would be the better option.
  3. cheetah runs bigger reeds (250cc reeds) cheetah cub runs stock reeds

  5. awesome first stage in one hit !!!!!. will be a totally new, awesomer bike combine stg 1 and 2, dont wait use vasoline on the head orings to keep them in place when installing.
  6. fuking seriously man ! pay for a dyno run, they are there to measure hp. or look at the 100000000000 other "how much hp" threads there are, no doubt some one else with the same mods as you has asked 1000 times before. vforce are good for flow , say for upper rpm and bigger motors, the stockers are stock, but with some cage porting and aftermarket reeds, they can flow quite well.
  7. degrease the best you can, taking the big chunks off. throw it in the hot parts washer wet bead blast it. clean it again with degreaser. comes out better than new !!!!.
  8. look out ! he found a set ! haha. new or 2nd hand ? not may places will do 2nd hand pipes. JL engineering on here (sponsor too) does. ive seen pix of his work on here and it looks great.

  10. to the top of the rad. pull the rad shroud off and on the back of the radiator youll see an outlet.

  13. ive heard the fast ones are pretty good, i run one but have a lockup. the tusk ones are meant to be decent and are pretty cheap. make sure you get some decent springs.
  14. M&M programme dynas, they may have a map, try them. but every motor is different, and a curve should be programmed to a specific setup.
  15. my keyboard dyno is getting recalibrated, i spun the bike up before and got 62,7hp 41.33tq so i know its out. ill re dyno the bike when the keyboard dyno is set.
  16. my t5'd stock bike, with only 70hrs on it, twisted. not bad, but when i got it trued and welded, the guy said it had already twisted. if you can/afford id get it welded, peace of mind.
