  1. smart phones = dumb smart cars = dumb smart carbs = probably dumb. anything that does anything "auto" usually doesnt do it very well, and it will "auto" adjust out as well !! its alot of money to spend, when jettting a carb doesnt take long at all.
  2. just use the correct jets, then youll be able to jet your bike easier.
  3. So that's how the holes are made in Swiss cheese.
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=gF_DCVkWKHU#t=545s this is a 6th gear pull for like 15 seconds but i do give it a blip. and another with lots blips, prolly looking for more gears at first haha. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=K60W--Y8KDE#t=197s there might be some longer pulls in there somewhere, they are old vids. i dunno the distance of them but at that speed it would cover a bit of ground, 1mi seems like a long distance to pin it tho !! shit would melt haha
  5. dick heads. if youre running race gas you obviously want the most out of your motor, because you are probably racing. and i doubt youre going to be racing other servals on race gas.
  6. they dont help much, the stocker is fine. only good thing about after market coils like a dyna, is that they are way cheaper than stock. if you have a stock coil, and it works. just run it.
  7. yeh dont worry about tss. you got all the good shops in yo country !!!!! not taking anything away from TSS, its just easier dealing with people closer haha. and the closer climates help in tuning and setup n that. where TSS is, is dam hot and humid.
  8. no difference felt, but it wont last as long and its not balanced haha. youre building a motor, you wanna give it the best chance. you should buy the rings as punishment for making a mistake
  9. if youre getting it all from tss, call up steve from there and question him. ive bought .012" cub base gaskets from him before. ive never ran the athena cylinders, but on cubs, ive found cometic base gaskets to be pretty close (youll have to shave a lil bit but they are pretty close. i had to shave more off the TSS gaskets than cometic) base gasket thickness is relative to porting and dome specs, so only the builder can answer that one, 25cc domes at 1400ft is dam SAFE !!! you could run pump fuel with +4., but you should ask the builder that question also. where are you from ?, if youre from AU, hit up tss or one of the sponsors here, shipping from usa to au isnt that bad, you get taxed on items over $1000au, so try get the parts "discounted"
  10. remember guys, you can do what ever you put your mind too, because you are awesome and so smart.

  11. i was kinda looking for a 195hp bike. its nice tho.
  12. i dont know what the max is on wiseco piston rings, some factory service manuals have max ring gap for stock piston rings but i dont think wiseco do. you just make them as close to minimum as possible, maybe around .002" more if ya gonna rev the absolute fuck out of it (more if boost/n2o is used). sometimes the rings you get are bigger, so you just have to run them or keep buying rings untill you have to file some down. on my 68mm bore, over 4 or 5 sets of rings, all were .003-.004" over minimum. wanted to run .013" but .016" was the tightest.
  13. stock crank ? if its a stock crank, id send it to a shop and get it trued and welded, checked out and 2 outer bearings put on.
  14. haha cool as. was it an option to have them reversed, or is that just how they were ?
  15. Just the fly puller. There is a bracket on the clutch side that joins the top and bottom case together, undo that bracket, case bolts/nuts and stator bolts and the cases will split.
  16. A sense of humour. Some awesomeness. And patients.
