If I had to pin the pay on any one entity I would have to pin it on the public. Law enforement is seen as a necessary evil. No one wants to take a big hit on tax dollars for a service they rarley if ever need. So departments are given the bare minimum to operate(most of the time). You get to keep SOME money from interdiction, parking violations..ect....In Indiana most of it will go for training and wont even be used toward salarie. Then you have people flaming LEOs because of parking tickets, or getting hooked for a petty drug crimes like marijuana(dont we have better things to do). Its a lose lose situtation. Anything you do to create more revenue will just piss more people off. I'll also mention all the money from fines, probation fees ect....goes to the state. We dont get any of that loot either. So I hope that answers your question....if your going to call me any more names please have a set to sit on and do it in Indiana.

LOL reagular LEO's have a shit ton a ticky tacky laws that we have to enforce. Some states you need a VIN to register your quad. If its coated you may be SOL. That would be the only purpose I could see in buying a "clean" title. If its legit post the VIN. I'll do a offline search thru idex and tell you if it is indeed clean.

I was told the metal head gaskets are reusable. You take them off to change comes, inspect top end ect. The bottom like outside of changeable compression, they don't do what they are supposed to. I didn't even notice a degree when I took mine off. They are for people who want to change compression, and looks.

I was told once they were crushed they needed replaced.

Have the head shaved. Save the cash to get the bike ported. According to my temp gauge my cool head didnt make my bike run any cooler. Engine ice brought it down some. Thats it. Everytime you take it off you have to buy $20 worth of 0-rings.

No the top and bottom pieces are separated. Its really firm tho I have to pull really hard and jerk up to get either piece to move. The teeth are billet. I bet it would shine if I ever cared to polish it. I guess I had better not get stuck lol

The silencer has had it. I think I own the first set of pipes FMF made they are so old. I should really toss the silencer. But im broke, and I just repacked that silncer. It was like $8.00! T-shee is going to do some welding for me and its going back on the banshee.

I bought this off e-bay for kicks. Ive never seen anything like it before. Should make my bike stand out a little. I'm not really a big fan. My bikes not pretty anyway. It reminds me of something the smokers would ride in waterworld if they had land.

Its like this. The keys are $15 bucks, and the timing is set, it cant be adjusted. The plates are just 15 more. You can set your timing to anything. I use a +4 timing key. Bought it off the HQ for like 5 bucks. Ive never had a problem with one breaking. The offset is tiny.
