  1. well what you are doing is the same setup that my girls shee is (hers has boyson dual stage reeds) and its a quick and really nice to ride shee has power everywhere
  2. here is a link to the only clutch youll ever need:) http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=34
  3. there was a topic on this not long ago in the review section not much info was given and not many had used it. i would give your jugs to a site sponsor like HJR or f.a.s.t they will port it to your needs there porting is like magic and you will be VERY happy
  4. well that the riding i do.. i really liked the stts and i would go back to them they are a good overall pipe for that sort of riding style they have enough low to pick up the wheels at low end (easy) and pull pretty good to the top (they dont have the top of my cpis tho)
  5. if your looking to bump the compression up a bit .. just go 21s and stick a timing plate in set at +4 unless your going to squish test and compression test your shee and know a bit about tuning your shee then you could go 20s or lower
  6. wow.. your going to get ALOT of answers here... i had .. (now on the girl friends shee).. fmf stts and they are a good overall pipe.. they have pretty good power down low.. and pull to the top pretty good.. so if your looking for a pretty good low a better mid and an alright top.. the stts are pretty good but you will find there are a lot of "over all" powered pipes around But what sort of power are you after? like low mid or top? toomeys t5s are another pipe like the stts also
  7. well going from a 17 to a 14.. you will notice the better response but youll have to change gears now
  8. the head cools a little better but the main reason ppl use them is for the changeable domes (smaller dome = more compression) yes u can use one on a stock motor.. id say 21cc domes that will bump your compression up and give you a little stronger bottom end pipes +4 timing are better mods if your stock
  9. 20's you should be fine on pump gas.. i got away with 19's on pump gas.. but i was borderline
  10. using water? 17 front tooth is big.. if your stock with a cool head i would say the lack of snap is the 17 front sprocket ive only got a 15 tooth and that tames the snap a bit
  11. the tube between the carbs is inplace? check your compression and your sure the carb jets and veins are clean.. not just look it
  12. and do a plug chop test. if you ride it around tomuch and your lean.. your new build will be u/s
  13. i would say your lean.. i would say u would need around 320 sized mains 27.5 pilot but.. depends what pipes you have and airfilter/s lid on or no box
  14. Welcome to BHQ! youll find all the info you need and hold on as your new hobby becomes a new life
  15. is your tank full of dirt? and cleaning your carbs... are you doing a top job pulling them all apart or just spraying some carb cleaner over them? and as said b4 check your compression and intake boots for leaks
  16. at least he knows about the space bar itstartofyeserdaythatthebanshewillnotstayrunningatidlespeednowicantgetittostarthavefuelinitcanyoutellmewhattocheckfor haha try reading that
  17. the transfers are the most restrictive part of the banshee ports but yeh i would say theres prob no porting volcrano the pipes are still going good
  18. damn.. i thought this post was going to be about little bugs lifting weights n shit
