  2. ok... just thought id bragg a lil .. lol ill hopefully add some vids on banshee tube soon.. marked out a 1/4mile on road... lined up a kfx400 yoshi pipe k&n jetting... next to it... yfz450 (05) fmf powercore jdjetting cam mod k&n.. next to me a palaris outlaw 525 fmf powercore jd jetting k&n... drag is on... banshee crews them off the line... get to the finish yfz is bout 5 bike lenths behind.. and the palaris is 2 or 3 bikes behind that... poor kfx... miles behind... re raced a few times... much the same result... apart from the shee got quicker off the mark... my mods coolhead 20 cc domes fmf sst turbine core2 mufflers ported mild dune... 40 tho oversize wisco prolites k&n in airbox filter with outer wear no lid +2 on timing plate 28mm carbs (no tors...) pilot 27.5 mains 260 h/d clutch tires slasher fonts (rim flip) rears razr2s
  3. needle is to the lowest/ leanest it can... air screws are 3/4 open... and now it runs great... so... pilot jet is to big right?? thewere 2 turns out... and needle at leanest.. but it was boggy and... vforce3 reeds geeez do they made a difference... hits band and lifts its self up (no pulling needed) in 3rd now!!! onroad...
  4. ok... ive cleaned the carbs asfar as acid strip... all the venturies are clear airjets and fuel jets.. ect.. carb clean sprays through them all gr8... the bike ran gr8... but it just died in the ass a week ago... boggs like crazy down low runs gr8 up high.. but off idle till band is borr borr borr once it hits band it screams away... its heaven!!! it idles beautiful btw... i have 260 mains 27.5 pilot needle on highest clip setting ..( if i lower it.. bogs more) bike mods... fmf sst/turbinecore ,brand new vforce3 reeds, 28mm carbs, mild port ,+4 timing ,k&n airfilter.. no lid whats my problem anyhelp??
  5. ha ... mines doining the same.... spark is still there... just dont seem as strong as it once was... hopefully its the coil! but... ill get a dynatek coil.. n some vforce reeds to replace the boysen just incase it could be that ehehe

  8. hey im goin to get some pwk 35s... was just wondering what a base jettin would be? ive got 28mms atm with 29.5 leak and 270 mains.. any help would be nice banshee has fmf sst/powercores mild dune port 64.5mm bore vforce reads + 5deg timing 20cc dones with a cool head and k&n filter
  9. well i do alot of dune riding... i also do alot of very fast bending trail type riding... and wide open areas i understand the power increase it goin to be big.... i was just wondering due to the tourque increase with 4mm and what the drag portin takes from the bottem end if the bottem end is goining to be insanely gutless or not
  10. ive currently got a mild/dune port 28mm carbs timeing plate +4 and k&n filter if i get 35 pwks and a 421 cub setup.... due to the 4mm crank and 68mm pistions... am i going to see around the same bottemend ... just with a killer topend? hopefully u guys can help! thanks
  11. hey i have 80" oversize wisco pistions dune porting fmf sst pipes vforce3 reeds 28mm carbs shaved head will 35mm carbs make any power increase?? and ifso.. what sorta jetting would i start with at sea lvl and 30deg/c temp and 98 octain fuel? thanks
  12. hey i have a she with dune porting done already... i was thinking of getting the 4mill crank with pistions and spacerplate kit.. i will upgrade to t-rex jugs/coolhead in the near future.. my question is... will i be happy with the spacer plate with my dune porting... will it be rideable? or just a total pig? i dont want to report them as it will only be a short time b4 i put new jugs on
