  1. Yes they do. Smaller ones open the power valves slower, and bigger ones open them faster. That's how you fine tune them. If they open just off idle, you're gonna need a richer pilot and needle. If they open mid rpm, you'll need more needle.
  2. Clear your board cookies, and internet cookies.
  3. Just curious as to what size jets you have in your powervalves. Mine have 230's. I still haven't gotten around to toying with my carb jetting yet. My carbs still have the jets and needles in them from when I bought them. My bike's rich as hell. I'm gonna play around a little with my jetting, maybe this weekend. We pretty much have the same exact motor, except for the port jobs, and I have 39PWK's. Once I mess with it, I'll let you know where I am.
  4. You didn't rejet for the new motor? What jets are in the carbs now? Hope you didn't run it lean. Doesn't take long to pop a motor, if it's running lean. What port job do you have, and who did it? Off subject, but you don't get your cylinders polished.
  5. Wow. Hope you got a title with that. I hope it ain't hot.
  6. Sometimes. Depends on how muddy it is. I've heard the same as you. I like those rock guards that come on the iShocks. Just a hard plastic shield that covers the front of the spring and shock rod. I think you can buy them seperately for any shocks, too.
  7. I don't know how much exactly they cost. I bought 3/4" heims with grease fittings, for a 4-Link suspension, and they were only $12/each. I got those at a local bearing warehouse.
  8. Damn dude. Sorry to hear you have to get rid of your bike. Don't you still have those FMF SST's that I sold you?
  9. If you ride mostly trails, and you're going to treverton, you're gonna want a smaller front sprocket, or bigger rear. You need more lowend. Stock is 14/41. Drain the coolant, by taking the lower radiator hose from the clutch cover. Drain all of the transmission fluid. Loosen all the bolts around the clutch cover, and take it off. You do not have to take off the water pump cover.
  10. These are what you're looking for.
  11. I got this one from a member on here. No longer in production. I seen a knock-off one on eBay about 3-4 weeks ago. Hard to find.
  12. Why in god's name do you need a 16t front sprocket? Are you riding asphault? That's gonna make your bike a pig, unless you get a bigger rear sprocket too. Kickstarter, go to a local hardware store, and get an oversized o-ring for $0.99. Takes care of it. Clutch cover gasket, take it off, clean it with some Brakleen, and put it back on. Make sure the bolts are good and tight, but don't over tighten them. Hope that helps.
  13. Says right on the cover man. lol. 1500cc's. That's about 1.8 quarts, if it's completely empty. About 1.6 quarts during an oil change, because it all doesn't come out.
  14. Does it have gas in it? lol. Check to make sure gas is getting to the carbs. Check the spark to the plugs. Don't pour motor oil in the cylinders.
  15. Oh, lord. Don't buy anything that says "Boost", "Turbo", or "Supercharger" for a Banshee. It's a gimmick. You'll spend tons of money, put it on, and feel no change. Don't waste your money.
  16. No longer available. Copyright claim, by NBC.
  17. Assholes sure are coming out of the woodwork. I hope you get your money back. How much are you out? Even if it's only $0.99, it's still the principal of getting shafted.
  18. I see what you're saying now. Just get regular heims that look like a balljoint. Use 1/2" heims, and drill the spindles to fit them.
  19. Are you talking about the ball joints? They're pressed in, and you can't buy new ones. You have to buy either new a-arms, aftermarket a-arms with removable ball joints, or modify the stock a-arms.
  20. You might be looking for the thread I started a little bit back. It's in there towards the bottom. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...=112137&hl=
