  1. Bought my stock headlight/kill switch. Paid immediately through PayPal. I left you some good feedback up top, too. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?autocom=tt_trader Shipping it out first thing in the morning. Thanks, 2001Stroker.
  2. My brother has a 2008, LTZ400. He keeps it in my garage, so I ride it all the time. No offense, but if you're getting beat by a stock 400z, you either need some practice, or your bike isn't tuned correctly. By the way, welcome to the site.
  3. I have a feeling that Evans is gonna take it. KO, 2nd round.
  4. Damn, I'm glad you mentioned him. I forgot about those grab bars with the recessed LED taillights that he makes. I'm gonna have to order one from him soon.
  5. That might be just in your area. There are probably 100 machine shops around here, and most of them will do any size motor. 2 or 4 stroke.
  6. Take the cylinders to a local machine shop. Get them to tell you how much it needs bored out to clean it up. Buy a new topend kit. Bring the pistons to the machine shop, and get them to bore it to the size of the pistons. Just make sure to tel them to deburr the port holes, so they don't catch the rings. Any local machine shop should be able to bore them for you, for no more than $15 per hole. Plus, you don't have to pay shipping, nor do you have to wait around a couple weeks to get them back.
  7. Are you getting porting done by Andy? Or, just getting him to put together assemble your 4mil? I know his prices are by far cheaper than anywhere I found, when I built my motor a few months ago. I will say that his customer service is A-1. He's been doing it for a while, and does good work and cares about his customers. Takes great care of you before and after your purchase.
  8. Great guy to deal with. Sold me a Cascade billet shifter. He shipped it right away, and sent me a tracking number. It just came in the mail, and looks like brand new. Thanks. Oh, and I left you some positive feedback up in the Feedback button, up top. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?autocom=tt_trader
  9. I'm with ya. I cut mine, but only cut off the flat part.
  10. Yup. And I believe you meant the clutch isn't engaging until it's almost out. Not dis-engaging. I think that's what threw everyone for a loop.
  11. 67.25" bore, is the only way to come up with a 383cc motor. Here's the calculation: Bore x Bore x Stroke x 2 x 0.0007854 = cc's 67.25 x 67.25 x 54 x 2 x 0.0007854 = 383.61822345
  12. Ok. I know the TM Designs fits up to a 15t. So, if the one you have is smaller than a TM Designs, I'm gonna have to pass it on to bbgracing. I know he wants it. lol.
  13. I hope you're at 20,000 feet. lol. 18cc domes, +5 timing, 91 octane, and a stock motor is a recipe for disaster. No offense, but I bet that motor's pinging it's ass off. Pull your plugs, and stick a magnifying glass to them. See how many metal particles are on them.
  14. Ok, I just figured it would replace it, and sit flush to the case. If it'll take a 15t sprocket, I'll take it.
  15. Holy shit, what an idiot. 66 pages of him getting clowned. hahahahahahaha
  16. I'd jack it up, and take the tierods loose, and turn the wheels by hand. Then try the handlebars. Something's gotta be bent somewhere, or seized up.
  17. Way to try to cock block dude. I have PayPal too buddy. I always pay right away as soon as the deal's done. Since I was rudely interrupted, I'm talking about the hole right in the middle. That 4th hole in the middle of the bolts. You said it goes over the safety switch cover? It doesn't replace it? You got a pic of the back side?
  18. Pickup gap should be between 0.018"-0.020". Pull one of the spark plugs, and put it against the head. Have a friend kick it over. It should be bright blue. If that doesn't work, try eliminating the kill switch. Take the radiator cover off, and unplug the plug going to the kill switch. Now try it. If that doesn't work, try the key switch. Unplug it, and jump the Black/White wire to the Black/Red wire. Now try it. Just curious, when's the last time you replaced the spark plugs?
  19. What's your elevation? 130 isn't low. As long as they're both close to the same compression, you're fine. If it gets down around 110, I'd start worrying. Unless you're at high elevation. Plus, it depends if the stock head was milled out for the stroker. How much was it milled? Or, does it have a spacer plate under the cylinders?
  20. Very interested in the black plastic case saver. Who makes it? Will it accept a 15 tooth. It does sit up agains the case, right? And what's up with the hole in it?
  21. I wish someone would chime in, cause I can't remember which one you check, and what ohms they're supposed to have. I wanna say the low side is supposed to have like 19-20. Don't take that as correct though.
  22. If you want a set of stock Banshee shocks, I have a set sitting in my kitchen. Came off my 2001. Has white springs, that the powdercoat is a little bit chipped up from rocks hitting them. Other than that, they are in great shape. No leaks, don't sag, and ride like new. I'll get rid of them pretty damn cheap. How's $55 shipped? http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...=109865&hl=
