  1. No problem. I just took that pic, when I seen this thread. Too much time on my hands, I guess. I'm curious too............
  2. I got a stock clutch cover and Yamaha insert, stock water pump and pump cover, and stock dip stick. Also have cases, but the top one is chain whacked. I have the peices that broke off, if you wanted to get them welded back on. Send me an offer, if you're interested.
  3. Just got mine done in Anodized Blue. It's a translucent color, with a chrome base. Haven't picked it up yet though, or I'd post some pics. I also have silver plastic. These aren't Banshee parts, but this is the color. http://www.eastwoodco.com/images/email_ima...odized_blue.jpg
  4. Fouledout421 has some right here. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...=107177&hl=
  5. I was talking about the heat from the oven messing up the shine. I'm gonna try it on a small peice first, and see how well it holds up.
  6. I was thinking about powder coating my polished stuff with high gloss clear. I'm just afraid that the heat will mess up the shine. Plus being super smooth, I don't know how well the powder coating will stick after a while. It might end up flaking off.
  7. That's between him, BigRed350x, and gregrob. Kinda of something that you have to be following to understand. I didn't see that you wanted to keep the stock cylinders. So yea, you'll be happier with the 4mil over the 7mil. Alot of hassle, for not much more power. I'm using a Cheetah PV cylinder for my 10mil.
  8. That top one is a PV motor. That's what those slots and mounting surfaces are for above the exhaust flanges. Same motor I'm building, in a 10mil.

That's funny. You find that on the net, or is that from your kid?
  10. That's exactly what I had on mine. I just sold this intake, and those hose clamps went with the intake. Worked great.
  11. Yea, he talked me into that too. I'm glad he did.
  12. Cutting corners here, will end up costing more money and heartache in the near future. Get matching cases.
  13. Auto part store. They ain't nothing more than radiator hose clamps.
  14. I rednecked mine. I don't have any close-ups, but all I did was run the bolt right through the mount on the light. The mount on the light fits real tight around the bolt, so it doesn't move. I've hit a few small jumps, and been through lots of rough terrain, and they never moved. I guess if you wanted to, you could do what I did, and put spacers in there. Just so you can tighten it down real good. You can pick up spacers at the hardware store, and just cut them to length.
  15. You really need to get matching top and bottom cases. Unmatched cases could have slightly different fitment and journals. That could cause premature wear on bearings. That's a very good price that Fouledout421 gave you. I wish I had $175 to blow right now, or I'd scoop them up. I'm gonna need a set, since my top one is chain whacked pretty bad.
  16. Also ModQuad. They got some nice stuff. Most of it has no markings, if you like the clean look.
  17. Thanks, Tim. I could've sworn that Pro-Designs site said they would work. Oh well. Learn something new everyday.
  18. Big Bore, and Small Bore will both fit 68mm bores. Which ones do you have? Small fits 64-68 Big fits 68-69.5 I know 1baddshee is looking for some small bore, stock stroke 20's or 21's.
  19. Eastwood Company. You can get everything that you need for powder coating there, except the oven. They sell a kit called Hot Coat. Works very well, and is super cheap. You can even pick it up cheaper on eBay sometimes.
  20. 12 years of being an auto technician. Now, I make people have really bad days, for a living. I'm a swat guy.
  21. PayPal'd money within 5 minutes. Great guy to deal with. Thanks.
  22. Great guy to deal with. Sent money immediately. Thanks.
  23. I have a complete set for sale, for cheap. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...mp;#entry925642
  24. You only need to run 93. You'd be wasting your money buying 100 octane. Really, you could probably use 91. Alot of cars have to run on high octane pump gas. It really doesn't sit as much as you would think. What's bad about the gas that you're buying? Is it seperating? Is it sludging up?
