  1. It's about damn time. x2
  2. Now, that was good. I'll beat my kids ass if he pulls that one.
  3. 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on how hard I ride it.
  4. Yup, the 1/2" Ingersol-Rand gets it off every time.
  5. Whoa, wait a minute. I was under the impression that you had a stock head. My bad man. If you have a Trinity Stage IV head, then you need to get the o-ring kit for it. Either from Trinity, or maybe eBay. O-rings just blowing out is not as common as a stock head gasket blowing. I'd take the head completely off, have it checked for straightness and cracks, and see if an o-ring was pinched during original installation. It's also possible that you're a little lean, got too hot, and melted the red o-ring. Just a few thoughts. BTW, there's no such thing as a dual stator plate. Maybe he meant an adjustable stator plate.
  6. I'm just joking around. It's hard finding a clean cover for cheap. I'm sure another one will cross my path.
  7. You suck messer. I wish I knew he had that when I bought his cases last month. I've been looking for a fair priced stator cover for months. Well, good luck with it. I hope the bolts don't fall out of it if I'm riding behind you. :ninja:
  8. I have an almost brand new clutch cable. I also have a stock dipstick. $25 shipped for both.
  9. I had pretty much the same exact setup as you, except I had 35mm carbs and FMF's. That motor had a 100% stock clutch in it. Never had a problem with it slipping. Had a problem with the tires spinning though.
  10. I agree. I had the same thoughts about cutting mine. Once I did, I realized that the fenders never stopped any mud, dirt, rocks, sticks, or whatever from getting slung up. The tires stuck out past the fenders anyways. The only time that stuff gets slung up, is when you're going slow anyways. If you're going fast, it goes straight back. Fenders are useless. Well, I take that back. They create drag.
  11. Pull the head, and replace the head gasket. Make sure you clean the mating surfaces real good. Get all the old gasket off. Anybody can do it in 30 minutes tops.
  12. And that's exactly why I bought them. She's a trail machine.
  13. What, do you need spark arresters? FMF SST's and Turbine Core silencers then. Same as the PC2's, just spark arrested. I can vouche for the FMF SST's and PC2's. They pull hard. Any pipe that you get isn't really going to help the bottom end too much anyways. It's a 2-stroke without powervalves. It's going to have a hard hitting power band. The FMF's that I had pulled great off idle too. Just don't expect anything extravigant with a set of pipes, for bottom end power. Ain't going to happen, unless you get a power valved motor.
  14. Yup, that's all I did too. Got one with a little bit bigger outside diameter than the stock one.
  15. What's wrong? Wishing you never sold me those 39PWK's? Not much of a drag racer, man. I have no use for them. Thanks though.
  16. They're laughing because it's spelled chromoly.
  17. I think stock makes anywhere between 33-35hp.
  18. Damn it! Why'd I have to wake up late?! Second Dibs. Will PayPal today.
  19. Well, I had an ARB and a Detroit in my truck. It cost $600 for the ARB, and $650 for the Detroit. The ARB also came with a stainless braided air hose, which was extremely tough. I put that truck through more hell than you could imagine. I've had it so buried in mud, that with all 4 tires pulling in 2nd gear 4HI, and the Warn 8,000lb winch doubled up with a snatch block, it took me about an hour to get out of a hole that was only about 40 feet long. That air hose lived right through my axle dragging across the high center, and all of the huge sticks and rocks. I'm not saying that they won't get broke, but it's damn hard.
  20. I think he is talking about the rods that the forks slide on. Thats what I was shoeing in that pic. You can see them sticking out the side of the bottom case. One on both sides of the shift star. That's what I was trying to point out. They're held in by those retainers, on the clutch side.
  21. holy shit, i just laughed my ass off.
  22. No, I seen in your eBay store a bunch of HID kits that screw into your OEM sockets. My OEM bulbs are 9007's. Do you sell an HID kit that fits those sockets and plugs? ie. 99.5-2005 VW Jetta
  23. Nice setup. Can you get these as #9007 replacements?
  24. CP Industries Dealer List M&M ATV gave me the best deal on everything to build my Cheetah 535 PV topend.
