Jetting on the PJ's was 150 main, 55 pilot, and CEL 2nd clip.

I figured i'd upgrade to some PWK's 35mm. So I took off the PJ's 34mm and thats were the problems start. Got the PWK's used. Cleaned them, checked everything out. Here's what I got. 492 cheetah PV. Floats are set at 16mm. Tried 48 and a 52 pilot. CEL needle, mid clip. 155 main. Air screw 1 1/2 turns out. Got it started and it runs like shit. Runs like the choke is on, and its not. Dont know why, but I tried taking it for a ride. Barley made it out of the yard. Power valves are spitting gas like crazy? never did that before. Ran good before I put these carbs on. Let me know what you guys think.

For once I agree with you Loco. Raptor is a better choice for this conversion. 660 Raptors are cheap these days.

Why wont you deal with Trinity? I bought my cheetah PV off them. They have been very helpfull with tuning and any info I needed. They even called me 3 times to make sure I was happy with my motor. Make a long story short, I had a weak coil and cound'nt get it running right. They helped me out when I was stumped.

You ever hear of a torque wrench? Yes the key has to be in good condition.

Yea. I went with the Works rear, valved for +4 and my weight. Very happy with it. Cant wait to use it again soon.

Sorry to hear that. I hope you get yours. I got mine in 4 working days. I think Teamrealtree got one off him to. Anyway never herd of CFM before but it seems to be good quality swingarm.

Anyone intrested in a good priced swingarm here's the number 1-704-786-8820 He had both styles, Roundhouse and yamaha style. I got mine for $139. Far as I know I got the last carrier he had. Oh yea. I got it in less then a week.

Shock is valved for the +4. Works great. Swingarm came from ebay. I got the swinger, Boss twin row carrier, 2 chainrollers and the caliper mount for $299 shipped. The guy told me he was going out of the swingarm business. When I called he had alot more arms. Anything from +2-+12 heres the #1-704-786-8820 To clear it up, I found it on ebay but called and ordered direct.

Race gas is probably better but much more expensive. Race gas is $9 per gallon up here. Av gas is $4.85. I just filled my camaro up Thursday with it. My 406 chevy motor has been running on it for 7 yrs with no problems. I've ran it in all my bikes from time to time with no problems. LL 100 (av gas ) is 100 octain in the air, on the groung its 115 octain. ( thats acording to my boss. He runs the local airport. )

Yea. I like the location alot. You can look at it without taking your eyes of the trail and at night the headlights light it up good.

There nice. No dought. But I like the price of mine a little better. The best part is no batteries.
