I know how to fix your sagging rear fender. Cascade innovations sells a bracket. But if you want to go the free route, like I would. I've done this many times and it also takes out the white marks you get from bending the plastic. Propane torch. What you want to do is prop the fender up with a piece of wood or somthing similar. ( it helps to get a piece longer then needed, in other words make it a little taller, because they will sag a little ) Then heat the fender from the bottom side untill its about ready to melt. Try to heat it evenly as possible. Then just let it cool. Its easy and quick to do.

Tyler, if you shop around you can find it for $189 with a ASV lever. It easy to adjust. The heim joint on the end is adjustable, also the other end adjusts. Only bad thing is the carbs need to come off to make adjustment. You can also adjust the lever. I looked at the Magura. I thought it looked a little weak. The line is plastic. The Streamline comes with a braided line.

I figured I'd post some pics of my new clutch setup. It a Streamline hydrolic system. Its a real pain in the ass to get the air bleed out. But you can work the clutch with one finger. Work nice. The only thing I didn't care for was, I had to move the headlight switch.

I'd start with the pipes and jetting. Then go from there. Properly tuned carbs make a big difference. Good luck.

Im wondering if the flywheel is bad. I run Vito's cranks for years with no problems. It just seems funny that the same thing keeps happening. Its gotta be somthing else. When its running does the motor shake or vibrate?

Anything with a LS-1 or 2 is a sweet ride. There easy to get power out of and still get good MPG's. I got lots of go fast goodies and still get 22mpg.

I would recommend the right stuff. Yamabond or somthing similar. If its red, blue, or black id avoid using it.
