  1. Have you already torn it down?? If not just pull your pipe and intake off of that side, you can see a lot of the piston through the ports. See if you have detonated some of your piston crown. It will errode away from the center towards the exhaust port.
  2. Looks to me like you need to be savin your money for a new set of cylinders. 0.100" is the final bore.
  3. First of all, turn your caps lock off! Porting, advanced timing, K&N's, Larger carbs, better pipes.
  4. you could install the pancake bearing, but the lockup is really more for high horsepower machines with override transmissions. The straight cut gears are really for high horsepower machines as well, but you could install these in yours..they don't sideload your crankshaft like the stock ones do.
  5. I'm looking for a newer chain for stock length swinger and a set of Douglas or ITP 8" rear wheels.
  6. I have a nice black OEM grab bar fs. $25 shipped
  7. That frame is sweet!!! wish I had $650 Bump for a good guy!
  8. I have a set of 18cc Pro Design dome that I would like to trade for 19cc domes.
  9. Just like the title says, I'm looking for some 19cc cool head domes for stock bore and stroke in good shape. Buy or trade for like new 18cc domes.
  10. Sorry, above I meant to say 22 at sea level and 21 at 1000'
  11. 20cc domes may be pushing the envelope at 750', they will give about 160psi
  12. Joe, Welcome to the HQ and congrats on the new bike. You will have to check your compression to determine what your fuel requirements are. Is the bike ported? To run premium pump gas you will have to get your static compression below 150 psi, and may want to back your timing off to around +4. Do the heads use interchangeable domes?? If they do, assuming you have stock porting you will need to run 21 or 22cc domes(21 at sea level 22 at 1000').
  13. 19's, It makes 155psi with the 18's. I want to be a little under 150psi so I can get away with 91 all of the time. I usually run 100 in mine and want to run all of my bikes on the same fuel. A lot of people say you can run 18's on 91 at our elevation, but I think it's pushing the envelope.
  14. Your going to need at least 100 octane with those domes, you will be around 165 to 170 psi at your elevation. To run 93 you will need to order 21cc domes.
  15. The need for race fuel is dictated by compression and timing advance for the most part. You could easily build a nice ported strocker motor to be ran on premium pump fuel. Keep your compression under 150 and be conservative with your timing advance and you'll be just fine. I would find a reputable builder in your area or on here, they will discuss your riding style and needs to come up with a plan that works for you.
  16. Prices are OBO, I'm going to a larger dome so I can run pump gas. These have no marks in them and were only ran about 15 hrs.
  17. I have a set of 18cc Pro Design domes (stock bore and stroke) for sale. $45 shipped to lower 48 states or $40 + ride outside cont. U.S.
  18. Talk to Kevin Herr...KEVSWS6 on here, he can set you up with everything you need.
  19. Does the smoke look blue or white? Blue smoke is fine, ride it and it'll clear up some. White smoke would mean your burning coolant in that cylinder, if it is white check the seal of your head gasket.
  20. Hey frogger, I got some polish I'll give ya that works awesome, it'll even take the blueing out. -slo
  21. I'm not sure what your askin, what space are you talkin about when you checked your reeds?
  22. Those fancy billet intakes are just bling imo, the reed stuffers offer a gain.
