  1. Ive had my ProTLEII since 06" without a single problem. Just upgrade the magazines to Wilson Combat, they have a much smoother operating follower
  2. For your stock cylinder or your cub?
  3. gonna have to take you up on that JD. Hit me up anytime on that 350. -B
  4. I'm a JJ&A dealer, if you can't find one used hit me up. Wildcardracing1@aol.com (435)623-0148
  5. If you sell enough does the designer get a free set? Just messin JD, they look great and I'm glad you've been able to market them.
  6. Keep this thread going!!! Where's the OR crew, would be great to see them make it out again this year!
  7. Can go either way 110 rod will require 513 series pistons 115 rod will require 795 series pistons
  8. That's odd. maybe was re-worked at Millenium for a 64.5 piston. Are you using a 110 or 115mm rod?
  9. We would need to know the bore. A ss cub could be 64, 65, 66 or 68mm bore. Several different piston and rod length options.
  10. UP^^ Last year we had a very good turnout for Saturday, the hill was covered in nothing but two strokes. Everyone I talked to had a great time and hoped for more of these days/weekends to be planned in the future.
  11. The stroke is cast into the inside of the intake if it's a 4mil it will say 58
  12. Wanted to get on and start some conversation about the second annual Sand Mtn Utah ride. We will be at the mtn May 28th thru June 2nd. Racing will be Saturday May 31st. This is the weekend after Memorial weekend just like last year. We had a great time, awesome weather and a great turnout. You won't be disappointed. -Brandon
  13. too big of carbs can have a lean condition in the lower rpm's if the motor isn't able to draw enough velocity through the venturi. 35-39mm are within the correct range for a 421.
  14. 110 is the dome step pretty shallow compared to the average 4mm dome
  15. What fuel? 300', dunes, hill shooting? what type of riding?
  16. Standard Cheetah and DM are very similar, however the intake tract is different. Intakes on the Cheetah's are offset from center to accommodate the coolant hose, whereas a DM is centered on the bore. Porting can't accommodate the changes in transfer tunnel area. The DM has one center rear stud and cheetah uses two, just as a cub or stock cylinders. DM design is superior IMO
  17. Use the same oil ratio for break-in as you will use for the life of the motor. I personally like semi-synthetic oils with a castor base. 32:1-40:1. I recommend doing a leak-down test, cooling system pressure test and a compression test. Write the results of the compression test down for future comparison. Do 4 heat cycles lightly revving the engine to operating temperature and letting it cool to room temp. DO NOT let you engine sit at idle for more than a few seconds throughout the life of the engine, as this will allow the cylinders to glaze and dramatically decrease life. After the 4th heat cycle is done, recheck torque on cylinders and head. After proper jetting has been verified, ride it like you plan to for the life of the engine. Always use the same light revving procedure, blipping the throttle to warm-up the engine each time before use. -Brandon
  18. I think you're going to end up having to have a pipe builder do a custom pipe for your application. Off the shelf banshee pipes won't fit well, unless you have the ability to fit it yourself
  19. Keep the pics coming. I love the 67-72 c/k series. I have a 70 K-10 and a 67 C-10, used to have a 70 K-5 till some kit t-boned me.
  20. I port around fresh bores all the time. Probably plenty of meat in the cylinders to do a good hone on and correct the piston clearance. Good thing you caught it before any more damage.
  21. If you don't have any luck finding them used, I stock them. Let me know if you need a set. -Brandon
  22. Well, I don't have those specs. I only have a 132 rod step pin I can sell used. I can get you one if you need. Let me know
  23. Alcohol and gas require different air/fuel ratios to run correctly. Alcohol carbs are modified for significantly more fuel flow. Alcohol traps moisture from the surrounding air so purging with gasoline is required after use. Alcohol will make 5-7% more power than gasoline when properly tuned so it can have an advantage at the track. To get the most out of it will take some research, practice and domes setup to run it.
  24. what rod length are you looking for? looking for small wheels and step pins for stock cases or non step pin for some billet cases?
