I'm looking for a set of 30 or 33 mm PWK's and pods if you have them.

I have a set of A/C ProNerf bars if your interested.

If I can find some 30 or 33 mm PWK's I would jump on it!!!! But for now I need to get these working. If anyone is come to Snake Hunt that has a good set bring'em I will buy them.

Yup there is fuel in the bowels. I did not pull the pilots but I will try that next, maybe sometime tonight. Choke tube is in place. Slides are dropping all the way down. Its a fresh build 155psi both sides.

Alright guys I need ya'll help without any bullshit posts. I have to get this bike running, Im leaving for Little Sahara on Thursday. Here is the problem. Stock motor, +4 timing, T5's, coolhead 20cc domes, no airbox, no tors, brake blocked off. I took my stock carbs off of my old bike that is ported and polished. It had 320 mains and 28 pilots. The bike started when it had 320 mains but running very rich. I rebuilt both carbs and changed the mains to 300 and now it will not start. I have ohmed everything, got spark in both plugs. The slides are on the right carbs. I have checked everything I can think of now and took the carbs apart and rechecked them to make sure I rebuilt them correctly. I worked on this bike all day. I NEED SOME HELP!

Well it looks like I will be sitting beside you Zak, just as long as you dont lip the bull horn. Is somebody coming that knows how to work on carbs? I am at my wits end. I rebuilt both carbs but that buddy bitch bike still wont start. If no one can fix it on Fri morning, I am taking it to someone in Waynoka to look at. I heard someone talking about beads not sure what kind. (o) .....lol

That is an excellent truck. I drive an 03 Cummins myself, it is the best truck I have ever owned! You will love that thing, are you going to put it on veggie oil?

Buy a Clymers, all of the ohm specs are in there. You can test everything but the CDI.

The reservior is for overflow only. Most of the guys take theirs off. It is not a recovery system like a car or truck.

Go with the YFZ shocks they work well and you can get them for about $200

With the way the lockout was designed you do not need HD springs. I tried 3 HD and 3 OEM. I went back to all OEM. I think that it works better. You need a little slip coming out of the hole.

Im looking now for a Dewalt 18v 1/2 impact on Ebay. Not to bad of a price for around $120.00. Would be helpful on the dunes and for changing those big ass tires on the Dodge.

Ya what they said. If you have the tors on your carbs get rid of it. A kit from FAST will run $65.00. Or up grade your carbs for around $200.00.

Just for shit and grins did you happen to check your plugs. You could be running lean which will make it over heat.

In the future if you have a problem. Pull out the multimeter and Clymers and ohm everthing out. You can check everything but the cdi.
