  1. With such little information I would start with bad fuel.
  2. On the backside of the inner hub it has the holes the bolts go into. To solve the problem in the future I bought some stainless bolts. The OEM bolts have broken when I torqued them to the 7.2 pounds.
  3. I took my inner hub out and drilled it from the back side. When I did the screw began to come out on its own. Or like 44 said go ahead and spend the few bucks on the easy out set.
  4. I had the same problem with my lockout clutch. The nut on my pancake bearing backed off. At high rpm's I was good and at low rpm's I could not get it to engage. Recheck your clutch adjustment and make sure your arrows line up. Pull your cover and make sure your nut is not loose.
  5. If you coil does not have a reading I would change it out. Second I would make sure that I have a good ground. I would also invest in a tester that plugs in between the coil and the spark plug. It takes out a lot of headaches and shocks when checking for fire on your plugs.
  6. Running a 4 mil I would suggest a 33mm or larger carb. I think that if you any smaller you might starve her of fuel.
  7. Im taking a few parts off the buddy shee to put on my bike. Cool head, and the T5's will add a little bit more HP to my bike. I have to be able to keep up with ya'lls 4mils. Also going to make a leak tester tomorrow. That new bike I built I did not test for leaks. Im going to call Denny at Flotek and ask him what else I can do to get a few more HP's out of my bike before I stick a 4mil in it.
  8. That is what this site was made for!!!!!!!......A big thanks to Magz for making the sign without his help we would have never had a sign and no one could have brought their sic shee's in for medical attention.
  9. Ya'll are funny I know of a 400 that "Bob" rides (that is Spurdy's) that will spank both of ya'll...........lol. I am ready already and I have not been home for a week yet. Going to do some parts changing this week and a leak test. I looked on Keihin's webiste and saw that piece that I found and asked you about Spurdy. It goes underneath the main jet housing.
  10. I am at 800ft, no box, dune port, v3 reeds, milled head. When I had stock carbs I ran 320 main and stock 25 pilots. I would suggest picking up a set of 28mm Keihin's as soon as you can. You will see about a 7-10% increase in power. As said earlier at your eleavation I would start high and work your way down.
  11. Looking for a clutch basket that has been barely used or a new one. Does not make any difference what brand it is just as long as it is in excellent shape.
  12. I thought that Sand Feast was in Sept. You will be way up there if I thinking where you are going to be. Do you not like the state camp ground? We will be staying close to where we were at this past time. I spoke to Zak earlier and told him to get his ass there that weekend. So hopefully we should all be there. I have not spoke to Bob yet but he should be reading this soon. Who knows he might be riding a 4-stroke next time I see him.
  13. Sign me up for that weekend. I just looked and I will be off. I Will come up on the 11th. Spurdy you need to stay closer to us so you dont have to carry your beer so far.......lol
  14. Yes the weather sucked!!....but the only thing that made it bearable was good company! It was nice having the trailer there. Those dates in June sound good. I will look tonite and see what I have planned at work.
  15. Thanks for the replies guys I bought a set on Thursday. Could not have not done it without ya'll.
  16. Zack I have an extra lid for ya. Also I may be leaving out sooner, depends on shit that I need to get done.
  17. I live in Arlington not to far away from Kennedale. Do you mind dropping me a line when ya'll go back out there. I would like to check it out.
  18. Either scrap the tor and get a kit or buy a set of 28mm PWK's and problem will be solved.
  19. I will sell this set for $75.00 and the ride. I do not have the bolts, had to cut them when I took them off my bike. I live in the DFW area of Tx. http://img10.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=dsc01635h.jpg
  20. I reset the fuel mix srews and backed out 2 turns. NADA Decided to go back through my wiring to make sure everything is right. NADA To make sure it is a carb problem I am getting a set of 28 mm next week to put on it.
  21. I have kicked the shit out of it several times. I have another bike with 30 mm carbs. I might wait until next weekend at LS to mess with it.
  22. sheeb and myself are both grads we can help you study. Plus you can come out on Friday night.
  23. It wont even start. I just pulled the pilots and blew out the holes and put new 25's in there. Will not crank at all. I am thinking about pulling my PWk's off my other bike and putting them on there just to test.
