  1. Im glad that someone will take my place fix'in bikes since I will not be there. I sure am going to miss seeing all of ya'll there.
  2. They have some pretty good deals around here. I picked up a 2002 shee with a blown motor for $700. Trued the crank, new bearing, a little bore and a new top end and she was ready to go. Sold the bike for $2200. It had some nice after market bolt on parts.
  3. I bought a +4 swinger. We spoke to each other several times on the phone. He shipped the swinger immediately and I got it sooner than he thought. Item was in good condition.
  4. All of ya'll are making me SICK!!! Ya'll will be in Waynoka hitting the dunes and I will be stuck in Cabo San Lucas drinking at the bar located in the POOL. I will be hating life. I am leaving on the 19th and will be gone for a week. So I will be getting sand stuck in my crank but not from riding my shee. I will be there in mid October 16-18. Spurdy told me he will be there. Nelson and his wife are riding with me up there also. I have convinced my wife to come also. She will be sporting my new GYTR Limited Edition YFZ 450. I had to get her a 4poke to come with me. She will need someone to putt around with if any of ya;ll bring your girls with ya.
  5. There is a Clymers you can download on here. I have not replaced a clutch in a few months. But if I remember right you should have 7 steel spacers. the tits on the spacers will not cross over each other. You will end up around the 10:00 position after you are done.
  6. I live in the Fort Worth area if you are serious. Find the shipper and I will get it there for ya. That is a sick looking bike!!!!!
  7. If you have a Clymers manuel it has the specs for checking the steel plates.
  8. thanks for the good note!

  17. Buy a Clymers manual and Nitonate's rebuild video. Both of these items will help alot. Take lots of pic's on the tear down and they will refresh your memory on the build back up.

  20. I hope that you will not be in a tent, if you are it will be really HOT! Take a camel back it will save you some time on the dunes, so you wont have to come back in for a drink.

  22. I fried my CDI last weekend at the dunes. Does anyone have one they want to part with? I dont want to spend $100 for a new one.

  24. thats were I bought mine. Jeff is a good guy and will answer any questions you have.
  25. Or you could have put your head gasket on upside down. Take it off mark the other side with a light scratch. Place in a pan of water and boil for 10 mins. Replace the opposite way you had it on. I know this sounds weird but it works. Its hard to see but the stock head gasket has a slight rise on it and should be placed on the top and not on the bottom.
