  1. Use RTV or yama bond. on the bottom side of the cap put the tube nut on to help hold it in. You will need a threaded tire stem for the other cap.
  2. take the rubber piece off of the guage that looks like a tire and the rubber piece out of the aluminum style nut.
  3. The brass piece stays on there. The aluminum nut I ground down to make it shorter. I drilled the end of the cap put the pressure gauage on and used silicone to seal it up. The air nipple, was a screw style (O'Reillys) that came in a two pack. The rubber freeze plugs have not been a problem, no leaks. I have held 6lbs in my motor for over 15 minutes, after I sealed up the leaks.
  4. Not to call you a liar but I have NEVER seen a hotrods Banshee 4mil 115 crank on Ebay for 325.00 Who is you buy it from so I can buy one?
  5. I think the freeze plugs at 1 3/8. The pipe for a stock 26mm is 1" pvc.
  6. I talked to him last nite, his coil ohm'ed out at .5.
  7. Glad to have you here and can now talk. You must have done a lot of reading.
  8. Here is a link to build your own leak tester. http://forums.everything2stroke.com/showthread.php?t=16162 I made my own out of pvc, tire valve and a slime pressure guage. If you need me to take a pic of it and send it to you I will. Apply 6psi, no more!
  9. I will still go with an air leak. Keep us posted.
  10. Sounds like you have an airleak. Did you do a leak test after replacing the topend? I know if sounds stupid but even after replacing reeds or boots I do it.

  18. Its a large thin block that is on top of your carbs, there will be wires leading into it. As far as a tester goes, I use a Fluke, but you might try a Craftsman. If you still cant get it running later you can give me a call. My number is listed on my profile.
  19. Myself and quaddad817 are thinking about building some typ of 12v light tree for the friendly dragging. I think the biggest problem will be finding 12v lights that are big enough for everyone to see.
  20. Did you loose a ground? Do you have TORS installed on the bike? Ohm everything and work your way back from them. You will not be able to Ohm the CDI it is solidstate.
