  1. 1999 Yamaha Banshee bike is located in Arlington, Texas. I am asking 1900.00 or best offer. Will consider a trade for a KFX 700 or a large CC engine 4X4 atv. This bike is ready to ride and you dont have to do anything to it. It is set up with 18 inch wheels on the back for trail or track racing. Its listed on Craigslist. Good Compression Bills Pipes with Billet Aluminum Hangers ITP front and rear tires with Aluminum rims Pro Taper handlebars Polished Clutch Cover/ almost new clutch New Chain TORS Eliminated Carbs with UNI Foam Filters You can call or text me at: 817-307-2352 (Scott)
  2. I bought a set of 34mm Lectrons from a guy on here. I did not know that I needed different meetering rods so I ordered a set from him. I put them on and my bike still ran really FAT! So I called Dennis and he told me how to check my power jets to tell if they had been drilled out. So after I found out they had been drilled I sent them to him. It was $100 total to replace the power jets and the feeder tubes. I should have bought a new set. So far to set these up for my bike it has cost me an extra $200 not really worth it.
  3. Just wanted to drop a note on what a great guy Dennis Packard is. I sent him my carbs from Fort Worth TEXAS on Mon. He called me today and told me he was almost done and would send them back on Friday. Great customer service, work and shipping.
  4. Cam I thought you were going to share a spot with one of us.

  10. I knew he could help you. A friend of mine (spurdy) has jugs from him and could not be any happier.
  11. Yes he should. Tell him who he ported them for and he should be able to point you in the right direction.
  12. I would call HJR since they did your porting and tell him the rest of the mods. He should be able to give you a real close starting point.
  13. You should be fine at a 290 without the lid. I would purchase a spring tool to take off the springs. It takes me about 3 seconds to take them off and put them on
  14. Lets walk this through from start to finish. I hope that I am not being to elementary, but the stupid stuff will get ya. This list of stuff is after you have installed, push rod first then the ball. Make extremly sure you put the clutch pressure plate on correctly. If looking at the plate and there is a gap between the plate and the friction plate, take it off and rotate it to the right until it is flush. 1)Cable connected to lever, adjuster screwed all the way in. 2) Route cable to the right side of bike, passing over clutch cover. 3) Attach clutch cable to clutch release lever, bracket is bolted on. 4) Clutch cable bracket holder is on and cable is installed correctly. 5) Adjust clutch adjuster until arrow from clutch release is aligned with arrow on case. 6) Adjust clutch perch lever to 1/4 play. 7) Pull clutch lever and watch clutch rod and ball move out clutch pressure plate.
  15. Buy a 10 pack of plugs. Put in a new set after you have done everything. Make a pass through all gears, pull the clutch handle and shut off the motor. Pull your plugs and make sure they are a choc milk color and you will be good.
  16. Its very easy, people just make it hard,
  17. Unless your in the mud, I would take that airbox off and sell it or throw it the trash
  18. I would help you out, gotta extra bike to sell ya in 2 weeks........lol
  19. Did the +4 feel good? Im glad it worked out for ya.
