my tranny shifts like no other.. its unreal here is whats done to it
new modded shift shaft, cut star, modded drum with bearing on end, shift pro arm with easy spring from FAST, every other dog on the gears removed..
not a lot.. it already has wisecos in it.. i just backed the timing down a tad and threw in some colder plugs.. then work your way back up on the tune..
i cut my tranny this way also.. my opinion is that they should have came stock this way... i also have a cut star, modded shift shaft, bearing on the drum, and a shift pro arm with slightly softer spring than stock ( its not the shift pro spring). absolutely the best shifting quad/bike i have ever owned.. here are a few pics of mine after i cut it..
first check for any air leaks.. next is this,, single carb setups are very picky when it comes to having the correct neele.. try an EEK needle on middle clip.. what is your elevation?? i run a 165 in mine.. try a 180 and work your way down.. btw.. i have a 36mm carb
i need a masterlink if u decide too..... you know.. ---- bump for a sick fucking bike.. this is a steal.. im afraid to ask or guess how much is invested in this bike..
i would suggest powdercoating them.. it looks great.. the iety of colors is big.. and its durable.. i can powdercoat a set of cylinders if u need them done.. an do your cases also..
