Does somebody make a single filter boot that hooks to both carbs? I'm shopping and just wanted to know what everybody runs on their quads and what people like.

DO you guys think that they would be alright on a quAD THAT'S stock except pipe filter and jets? Do yo think that I can go ahead and get them and be alright for porting on down the road?

What's the diff. between the t5s and t6s? Just expansion chambers, alittle bit different powerband? I'm bidding on some t5s on ebay right now and have price checked the filter, reeds and jets. I might end up with enough left over to do the yfz front end or get some porting done.

Thanks for the advice and the arguments. I've read over everybody's posts and see everybody's points. I think I'm going to get pipes(found a used set of t5s for really cheap), filter and rejet it for now. I'll see what if feels like and then maybe tackle some of the other stuff later. Thanx again.

I really don't do much trail riding and mx is completely out. Just goofing off and drag racing. I've heard that yfz a arms will fit with slight modification and probably yfz shocks. That would probably help some.

Do you guys think that I will keep up with a piped yfz and a piped predator 500 with the above mods? That's what my buddies ride and they smoke me right now.

Just came across $1000 and am spending it on my quad. Just wondering what mods I should buy. Wondering what will give me the most power. I'm thinking pipes, filter, jets, and reeds. Would like some suggestions on what to buy to keep me in that dollar range. Thanx guys.

I made a trip to a machine shop that specializes in 2 stroke stuff. They quoted me around $400 for a really good port job and to have my cylinders bored to match some new .060 weisco pistons. I can't wait to save up a little bit of money. Do you guys think that I might need to get some bigger carbs for my setup?

I already have the cylinders for the conversion. I'm hunting the rest of the stuff to finish it. I really want to have the cylinders sitting around and ready for install when I need to rebuild my top end. Who makes the rocket pipes? Is rocket the brand?

I'm pretty new to the whole banshee scene and even newer to your guys' website. My machine is completely stock. I figured it would be a good canvas to start with. I'm not going for an all out racing quad. My goal is more directed toward rideability. I want around 60 hp give or take and still be able to ride my quad with buddies just putting around. I though that rz cylinders with powervalves might give me more low end torque and better rideability. What do you guys think?
